They have been calling me 13 or more times a day. They call my 22 year old daughter who is an authorized representative for my two minor children as many as 8 times a day. I have asked them to stop calling me and my daughter and today recorded the two back to back phone calls asking them to please put me on a do not call. This is ridiculous! I dont want to sign up for anything! Please STOP calling us! Why would you call me a minute later? I am showing the screenshot from today to show the time they wait before calling again. I am being harassed!Business response

After researching, we learned two members of the household are on COVID and HNS outreach campaigns with back up phone numbers that are opposite each other, prompting the 2nd call for each line. Household member #1 was called on phone number one at 12:38p. Household member #2 was called on the second phone number at 12:39p.
Because the two calls were within minutes of each other, the Do Not Call List hadn't taken effect yet. This member and the phone numbers in the system has been added to the *** list going forward.
We reached the member once by phone explaining how the dialer was attempting to reach them for COVID and HNS completion purposes and she was very appreciative of the call.
We made a second attempt to reach the member to encourage completion of the screenings to receive the $60 incentive which we would expedite due to the abrasion yet were unsuccessful. We left a message providing a direct line to the *** in case the call was returned.

I have been trying to change my daughters (***************************) address with MDwise so I can redeem her reward points. They changed my address for my account, but they have not changed my daughters. They keep telling be to contact the **** office and I have. and MDise has changed mine but not my daughters. I have contacted MDwise 4 times about the address change.Business response

I have Mdwise as the insurance for my children and myself. They have a point system. Of which you can obtain gift cards for once you reach a certain mile stone. We selected our gift cards in Jan of this year. The 19th to be specific. Apparently they were sent on 01/30. Fast forward to 03/28 still no gift cards. They opened and investigation and did an escalation apparently. I spoke to ***** on 03/28 at about 2:15pm.I called again on 04/08/22 around 2:50pm and was told they were resent. That I should receive them in May. Were now in June and still nothing. Also, we never received the points for completing our health screening. (10 points each)Business response

This issue has been resolved. MDwise **************** reached out to ****************** on 6/15/22 and confirmed that she had received her gifts cards. Her rewards account has also been corrected with the points she earned for completing the Health Needs Screening.
