On October 31, 2023, I used LiveHealth Online as a healthcare provider as recommended and covered by my insurance company, Anthem. At the time of the visit, I paid the required copay. One month after my visit, LiveHealth removed $165 from my bank account using the card provided on 10/31/2023 to pay for my copay. No bill was issued, no warning was provided that they were going to take additional payment. When i reached out to LiveHealth regarding this additional charge, I was told by LiveHealth that they were authorized to take the payment by my insurance company and I would need to take it up with the insurance company. When I did so, I was notified by Anthem that I should not have been charged additional and a case was created with LiveHealth Online (********). For over 90 days, I have not received a resolution and have been told multiple times that my case has been "escalated", but there is no one I can talk to and no one is able to provide any additional information. I want the money back that LiveHealth should not have taken in the first place.Initial Complaint

I did an online visit for a UTI, the provider told me she could not prescribe me antibiotics as there was a "possibility" I could be pregnant. My period is not due until tomorrow. She did not ask follow up questions at all. She was obsessed with the fact that I could possibly be pregnant ,She asked me to take a pregnancy's test and told me she would call me back after confirming I was not pregnant she would prescribe the antibiotic. Never heard back. I wish to have a refund. I've never had a DR tell me I could not take an antibiotic due to pregnancy's ever. I am disgusted that your company is charging for this type of treatment. I have used you for years and never had an issue.
