            We spoke with a sales rep and entered into a contract. Well that's when things changed. The #s he was giving vs the loan person were very different. No one could seem to give us an exact down payment amount/house payment amount. We kept being told it would be 30-45days before closing. To us that is a big deal not knowing if we needed 10k or 13k or if the house payment was 2500 or 3000. We submitted a mutual release form and have asked for a refund of what we have put down due to the inconsistency. Once it was submitted the sales rep became rude when before he was so nice and welcoming. I'm sure because we backed up that's why but being inconsistent on what your telling people especially ones that have never done it before isn't alright. I can't get a hold of anyone to know if the release has been accepted or if we will get a refund. I would like some communication on what is happening.

            House built in 2022 in ********... report card is below Design and spec process - A... went well. Their design folks were awesome and nice to work with. Quality of workmanship - D... had a lot of shotty work. Lights not centered correctly; outlets not wired correctly; sloppy paint; concrete bleeding out under frame and then "covered up"; s*** landscaping (grass) and grading; dings in the house; house settling and doors sticking; default fixtures are junk... toilet for example won't flush p*** properly and now i have to buy new toilets. A $535k house and the toilets don't flush. The list could on and on... I will say that the guys they sent to deal with some of dings and other "misses" were great and I didn't have too much trouble getting some things corrected. Schedule - C... the house was pretty much on schedule... just a few months late. Wish I would have looked here before I committed to Davis.
