This client accused my staff of stealing her 3pairs of Underwear and a pair of ************ She received new Client folders at sign-up for both her and her Husband. She has been very abusive and confrontational with our staff and several have requested to be assigned to other Clients.
She opted to switch to another provider and we covered her to the last day as approved per NOA.
We are not able to staff for the Husband due to the unconducive environment. The daughter gave notice to leave the Company and stated to have found "a better opportunity'.
In order to get ******** approval, you have to have Policies and Procedures to run the ********* Business.
