      Prices of rooms vary person to *****. Was denied food for my 1 year child. Theres no seating for young children in the lobby. I have always brought my breakfast back tonthe room so i can comfortability feed my son. ***** told inwas going tonbe kicked out if brought the food back to my room. So therefore i was unable to feed him. About a hour later i asked housekeeping if they had clean sheets and blankets for the bed, i gave house keeping my old stuff and ***** am waiting on blankets. The owners wife which is a house keeper came beating on my door and DEMANDED THAT SHE COME INTO MY ROOM! MY KIDS WERE ALSEEP AND SO WAS MY HUSBAND IN HIS UNDERWEAR! SHE CAME IN LOOKED IN MY BATHROOM AND LEFT. NEVER BROUGHT ME ANY NEW LINEN. I have seen them use the same mop water for all the floors in the hotel. I clean my own room because i dont want the spread of dirt fromnother rooms in my room. The c*** roaches are everywhere. The staff is RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Theres absolutely NO reason for someone to knock on the door and demand to come in especially while guest are sleeping and in there underwear! The front desk people smell like body odor so bad they leave trails. The mirrors on the bathroom door are flimsy and one fell off thebother day and cut 2 kids. The windows on the second floor open and have seen kids hanging out the windows. This place is disgusting and needs someone to come in. They raise prices everyday. Some people pay this and some people pay that. Absolutely trash service around here. Walking down the halls you can hear the hookers having ***. Had to make my daughter stay in the room because of it. Front desk knew and never did anything. Repulsive. Never again will i ever stay here and im homeless. Thats how bad it is. I spend way to much money to disprected like they did today. Walking in while my family's sleeping and my husband was bottomless. He had underwear but that's it. I still have no clean linen. I asked at 10 am. Its 1 pm.

      I placed an online reservation with this hotel on Monday June 17, 2024 through the ******* app. I reserved a room for 2 nights for 2 people, my ********** I checked to make sure this property was accepting of service & emotional support pets, as I have a small dog who is my registered emotional support pet, who always goes with me on a trip. I used my Wyndham rewards points to redeem goFree nights. I had almost ****** points before placing this reservation. I always look over all amenities before placing a reservation's somewhere, its completely understandable that not all hotels have the same ****************** on things. During booking it had said that mobile check in was available for this stay, yet I was unable to do so. When I was checking in with the front desk clerk, a young man in his early 20s.. I gave him my information and explained that I had a reservation, then he asked for my ID. Then he proceeded to tell me how my driver license photo did not look like me, and was very rude. He then asked for a card on file to charge a $50 incidentals fee, afterwards I get to my room and the ** was not operating properly, the same young man who did check in came down, tried to fix the issue but was unable to.Next morning Tuesday June 18, 2024 I was awoke to banging at the door, a gentleman I had not yet encountered became screaming at me saying you have dog! Get out! You get out of here! You leave right now! I was trying to speak and the man then put his finger in my face and proceeded to say You dont get to speak now! Im speaking not you! He kept saying Im speaking, not you. I told him she was my emotional support animal and the website said this hotel welcomed service pets so I didnt understand. He then said We do not! Not ever! Lies! By this point I am in tears, I tried to explain she is a registered pet. Then said No! You have 5 minutes and you get out! I replied to him saying I needed a few more minutes to get dressed and packed and he refused.

      that room does have connection issue with tv and we fix it after she mention 

      and now she told you its her service animal than we i went to fix the tv in her room 3-4 time than where the dog on that time 

      as per my understand service animal should be always with them 

      now days every one ssaid its my emotional support

      if her emotional support dog than  why she didnt mention on time of check inn 

      we find out next days morning we kick out them becoz we are not per friendly 

      and as per our policy we charge $250.00 for cleaning fee but card getting decline so we kept only $ 50.00 

      so how we collect the $ ****** from them

      I booked on May 30th thru booking.com for the Days in. Upon arrival to our rooms the rooms was dirty and the bedding as well. The hotel looked nothing like what was advertised. I the. **** and talked to the desk who told me all rooms looked like that. He told me there was nothing they could do. I then reached out to booming whom gave me the run around.

      we did refund she has to contct bookin.com so they will refund the money we didnt charge her cc .
