So the holiday inn in ********* at ********************************************************************* basically was over charging my card doing the day and the night I only stayed there 11 days in a row and by the 2nd to 3rd day they started charging at night even tho I payed doing the day I came and showed the guy at the front desk I was being charged named danuail and he reassured me that I was not being over charged or there was not iney holds on on my account per day I extend so with him saying that he showed me the screen and everything seemed to be fine but he basically lied to my face because with every charge I walked to my bank and they said for the last few days there's pending holds and the holds will fall off but and the bank said for every day there was a hold and a deposit which the holiday inn kept telling me there was not every single day but every single day I see the money leave my account and then I was charged agine for the same price and a hold at night and the front desk guy danuail would tell me I was not but it showed in my bank account that they where ..taking charging me for my stay then charging me at night and the money never was returned and they also charged money after my over all check and that money never was returned to my bank account and to this day they have claimed that I was not being charged even tho I showed them on the days my bank was alerting me of the over charges to my account I went and got print outs and they still lied to my face and said that its a bank issue but could not explain the extra charges and just said that it happens to everyone and it will be returned but also caught them in a lie about the holds they had for everyday I extended and that money was never returned at all.. also charged me for a day i was not there and charged me twice for thar day also
