I have been unsatisfied with services provided by Molly Maids at my address. Most recent disappointment was January 10, 2023/January 9, 2023. I called on January 10, 2023 at 11 AM and spoke to *****. I had asked for a $77 refund . of the $146 monthly fee that I pay. *** one of Molly Maids Of North, South And West Indy maids did an excellent job cleaning my kitchen. The other two people did not clean properly, did not make my beds properly. They were a mess ,sheets were not even put on correctly, cleaning powder was left in the toilet, master bathroom, water closet was not even cleaned Cat hair dust ball was left on the floor. I have pictures. I was informed that I could have somebody come out at a later date and clean again and make my beds again . That was not acceptable as I was having company arriving from out of town and I had to have a family member come over and re-clean my house and remake my beds so I could even sleep in my bed in the master bedroom. I was informed by ***** they would only send somebody else to re-clean, at a later date.. I was not allowed to get a refund or a partial refund .I have had many sub standard cleanings from Molly Maids since approximately fall of 2020., I had previously called Molly Maids and made several complaints. After being informed by ***** that I was unable to get a refund i chose to fire Molly Maids . I no longer wish their continued sub standard cleaning service. Iam asking BBB to get me a refund.Business response

We are very sorry that ****************** was so often unhappy with the cleaning we provided. *** was not at the home in January, and although she requested *** for all future cleans, *** is no longer available in her area. As stated in our guarantee, we are happy to reclean any area that is not cleaned according to customer expectations. We offered to re-clean the home within a day or 2, but ****************** declined the offer. I do not recall that she expected company, but thought the company was there during the cleaning. *************************worthless cleaning company. !!! I will be sure to make people aware of the terrible service. Not arguing over it anymore. I wasted my money and time with this company. Customer beware!!! They are in competent. If maids cant clean properly and make a bed properly at the time of the service, what good does it do to have them come out and redo it !!!! lousy service.

Molly Maid is invoicing for $20.00 that I do not see any mention of in the paperwork from them saying we owe. The agreed cost for service was $130.00 and that is what I paid them the only time they were here. They could not do our home the second time and I told them before the third service that we did not need them to come back at all. We have been threatened with a collection agency if we do not pay this $20.00.
