Recently spent >$1k on an extensive detail of my show car, which is rarely driven, only to find brand new scratches across the rear bumper and decklid. Pulled up the garage Ring camera to find their employee dragging and hitting a trash bag of cans and bottles across the rear of the car. Provided the video and an estimate to fix the scratches, which was $200-300 - a small sum relative to the amount we have spent with this company since we initiated our service. The management team refused to cover any of the damages despite the video and refused to accept any blame, instead engaging in a pointless back and forth which was ultimately not worth my time. Integrity is important in business, and the true colors of a company become apparent when an issue presents itself. If you value your possessions, and want a cleaning service who do the same, this is not the group to hire. There are plenty of other excellent options in the area. Avoid at all costs.Review from Michael E

We received a flyer in the mail and decided to take them up on their offer of a free estimate. After setting a date and time and rearranging our schedule, they never showed, never called and we have not heard from them since (about 2 weeks.)
