I got the sprinkler system installed in my yard in May 2021. Right from the beginning the customer service of ********************** is pathetic and unprofessional. It requires multiple follow-*** with no clear/vague answers from the vendor. As per the contract, vendor is supposed to to start the sprinkler system in Spring 2022 but my system is still not operational. Vendor's team came up to start it on May 9, 2022 but couldn't do so because some system issues. It raises lots of questions on the quality of the work done by the vendor. Since May 9th, I've tried to reach vendor multiple time via phone calls and messages but never got any clarity on when sprinkler system will be made operational. Now, vendor is not even picking up my phone calls. With the temperature in high 80F my grass is getting damaged. I got the services of this vendor to ensure good health of my yard but this purpose is getting defeated because of unprofessional attitude of the vendor. It's a breach of the contract by the vendor. They must fix the issues with sprinkler system and get it operational on urgent basis.Business response

We were taking care of this client.
we were waiting on parts to come in to be able to resolve the issue. This was during COVID so parts were delayed getting to us.
we were unaware he was reporting to BBB.The system was fixed and working before we even got a notice from the BBB.
Did this customer reply back to let ******************** know the issue had been taken care of?
