            I was asked to write a review after my initial free consultation. Then he took my retainer, didnt return calls or texts. He told me the entire case would be resolved and not to worry. When I didnt hear from him I tried texting and emailing and calling, but got no reply. I tried to file a dispute with my credit card company and he sent them a copy of my credit card receipt - I paid over the phone - and two motions that were not filed. My dispute with my credit card was declined. For all I know there could be warrants out for my arrest. No clue. I dont have a billing statement or a receipt or any documents and now my calls and texts have been BLOCKED from his phone. I was the victim of DV and this is what happened to me once he had my retainer.
