For starters this complaint is in regards of a situation that happened 03/03/23 and 03/06/23 at the *** store # **** located at ***************************************************** ******************** . I ****** (consumer) went into the the *** store 03/03/23 expecting to get 3 packages shipped certified mail with a return receipt . I , ****** give the employee that was working at the time my documents that I wanted sent out. He weighed them and told me a price per pack. I agreed and he started the shipping process . During the transaction I was prompted to sign a little screen and the employee turned the screen back towards him and went to the next packet . After he completed every thing i paid for what i thought was certified shipping and left the store . When i get home i noticed that all shipping receipts have like 2-3 errors on each one so i called and got them canceled and went back to thew store 03/06/23 asked the speak to the manager and and asked me what i wanted from all this confusion so i told him the declared value of each package which is ****** . During this back and forth another employee walk up to me and tell me i need to calm down and proceeds to yell out hey ***** or *** to hang up on me because she is over him and i ask her well while would you let me be talking to him for this if your over everybody that dosent make sense and she tells me to get out her store then she calls law enforcement and tells me that im not getting anything. When the police get the they basically say its ********* and i cant do nothing but file a suite and im banned from all *** stores in ************Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Just because I was a little loud and upset about a mistake YOUR company made is not a reason not to issue a refund or the declared value of each package. YOUR COMPANY IS THE REASON WHY I WAS UPSET YOUR GUYS CREATED THIS ISSUE BY NOT TEACHING YOUR EMPLOYEES THE PROPER TRAINING. A civil proceeding will be filled if we cannot come to an agreement FAIR .Regards,
