I purchased travel insurance for my family for our vacation to ***** on 7/13/22 thru 7/20/22. We were unfortunately not able to travel due to an unforeseen surgical procedure my husband needed. I purchased to policy's from IMG. The first policy was for myself (*********************************)and husband(***************************) policy #TCDL282938827 and the second for my daughter(TaylorPurzycki) and her fianc(******************)policy#TCDL282938828. I submitted trip cancellation claim forms for the two policy's together on 8/1/22. On 12/7/22 my refund for the hotels one night stay in the amount of$640. was refunded to me. On 11/18/22 I spoke to **** at IMG to follow up on my daughters claim. She advised me that she was going to be emailing the escalation team about the payment. On 12/23/22 I spoke with ***** expressing that I still did not receive my refund and she told me I had to wait for finance to release the payment. I called again this week and was told the system was down and someone would get back to me. Its March 1 2023 and still no answers. Any help retrieving my refund of $640.00 for policy #TCDL282938828 would be deeply appreciated.*********************************
