This hotel has residents that smoke marijuana inside and outside the rooms. The towels and bed clothes are a health hazard. They are covered in stains, and were not changed once during my visit even after requesting that they be exchanged. I was forced to check out of this hotel early due to the overwhelming smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke. The property manager, and the corporate office had multiple opportunities to hear and respond to my complaints, but the corporate office simply takes the property manager at their words. There are multiple reviews on ****** that back up my complaints, and the hotel is largely unresponsive or dismissive.Business response

Regarding the situation, guests stayed april 4 to april 7 for three nights . stayed the entire stay also we refunded their $100 dollar deposit. after their entire stay now they want their refund of the entire stay. We will not refund the stay because they used all three nights and now they want a refund. Complained that other guests were smoking marajuana outside and inside there is no proof of anyone smoking inside we cannot check inside while guests are in the room. Also, we cannot control any guest from smoking anything outside or in their cars . This property I have had for 8 years keeps this property as nice and clean as possible and controls any riff raff. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First of all, I checked out a full day early, I didn't stay the whole time. This property manager is delusional, because you can see from the reviews on every major website that this hotel has multiple complaints or marijuana smell in the rooms, disgusting linens, etc. I originally asked for a partial refund for the night that I didn't stay in the hotel. The fact that this property continues to be dishonest with himself, the corporate office, and his customers is a testament to the type of business he is running. I have also submitted a formal complaint with the ************************ of the Indiana ************************** You need to be held accountable for poor business practices!

Rented a room at the moment of coming in the room. It was a mess, there was blood at the beds and curtains, furniture was burned with cigarettes and the sink was dripping water. Went to the front counter to asked to get changed to another room but they denied me and told to wait for the manager to come in the morning. When we talked to the manager and showed evidence of the rooms condition but he denied to give us a refund or any compensation for the incident and then called the cops to take us out of the establishment. I need help to get my money back and the hotel needs a sanitation inspection the rooms and building are in bad condition and parking lots are full of trash.
