We hired Integrity, moving service in August of 2023. During the move we noticed they damaged our furniture. So we asked them to be careful. At the end of the move we spoke with the person in charge and showed him all of a furniture that they had damaged. The mover informed us to contact the office and speak with ****** from integrity Moving services and file a claim. We spoke with ****** and she asked us to send the information and state it that she would reimburse us for the damage furniture. We sent Integrity pictures and information of the damaged furniture. We have NOT received payment for the damaged property. Chanel from Integrity Moving service is now avoiding our phone calls. She does not answer or email us back. This company and ownets of the company are very professional and unethical. They shouldnot be in business. Based on their reviews they have done this to other people. I would like to have my furniture replaced or paid for damaged furniture since they were the ones that damaged it. This company should not be in business.Initial Complaint

Movers were hired to pack up our old house and move us to another one. The company showed up over three hours late which set us back with our move. We wound up moving into the night and several items went missing. I have contacted ****** several times and he started out saying he would get back to me but no longer responds. I am missing multiple full motion wall mounts as well as my fathers BOSE sound system. Some items were damaged in the move as well as broken. The company states it is bonded and insured. I was also never provided a final receipt or details of charges. I have used them before two years ago and had a good experience so this is very disappointing and completely opposite of integrity! My father is a disabled military veteran and two time cancer survivor being taken advantage of. I have made multiple calls and sent multiple messages to no avail
