      Deceitful and liars and was lied to several times even had car taken when I was paying. Was told they was fixing it since 26th. Never got a call. I called them. They said because transmission cost about **** they was just going to repo car I been paying on. They going well. Even though I was paying. They said then we just send to credit bureau. They never told me in lease purchase I had to not leave ******** ******* . They told me I couldnt drive out of state even though I pay on it. I originally went there and told them I needed a car beater I travel a lot. They said, we got you. Didnt say I had to drive a certain shot of miles or I couldnt leave the state. They got my money for 2 years and I have no vehicle. They gave me false information. Then they said you got to sign a paper to carry the car to ********-*******. Then when I called back. ***** said there was no such thing. ****** said, I had to. Remind you we have two houses, my car still register in ******* because I still have address there. Going tell me I have no insurance which was lie. Still paying on it. So many lies. When you got a lease car they spouse be responsible for motor and transmission. We cant get to transmission mess nothing up. Cant even put transmission fluid in the car, gotta let so do it. They was wrong and seeking legal service now.

      Went to the service center here today to get a cooling system flush. Told the clerk that I needed an oil change also but was told they would only use synthetic oil. The girl said that was not true. She said that if I did not want synthetic oil I would get regular old fashion oil, and everything would include a free car wash. She seemed nice and appeared as if she knew what she was talking about so I told her I'd get the oil changed too. I told her I was considering new shocks also and asked her if she would have them look at mine and let me know if shocks were actually the problem. She said she would do that. As I was leaving I noticed that the car had not been washed as promised. After further investigation I noticed that nothing had been topped off. I thought that was customary; maybe not, not here anyway. And, upon reviewing their inspection sheet (inspection included with any service) I noticed they had not pointed out the problem with my rear wiper. I would have been happy to pay extra money to get that fixed, but somehow they missed it. And, their paperwork also said they put in synthetic oil. It did not include any information on shocks. I don't know if they just not knowing what they are doing. Maybe they were upset because I didn't purchase my SUV there. I haven't purchased a vehicle from Ray Skillman since the 90s. I don't remember that being a bad deal. I called the service department. It had been about 20 minutes since I'd left. He said to come back and get the car wash. I thought it would be best to address the other issues when I got there, but when I got there he said the car was was closed. At this point I'm concerned that they did not even do any of the work. And, I won't be back for that free car wash, I doubt that they could do that correctly either. they would probably break something. And, when I thought this was finished, now I have to find someone who can do the job right. Now I know where not to buy a new car.

      DONT go here at all!!! They sell you/myself a faulty vehicle that has a lot of problems with it, they make up excuses for something you pointed out to them. I pointed out to the sales person check engine light on, runs rough etc he blamed it on the tires, etc to make me think its nothing just small issue. Myself along with the wife have texted the sales person about issues after issues with my vehicle and a lot of times didnt hear anything about from the sales person and the manager emailed me. Manager cussed my wife out on the phone and hung up on her and yes she was furious with the dealership. Told me to come in and well put you in another vehicle that didnt happen. The sales person and dealership told me along with my wife to basically make the vehicle in repo which isnt happening. My vehicle broke down today because of the issues it has, the service department found the issues before the vehicle broke down. The sales person put the blame on the service department for not communicating with the dealership with the issues it has. So now the dealership wants more money out of me I think its more of a bait and switch (bait you in get you in a vehicle knowing about the issues knowing its going to break down and when you come back in well get more money from him). They have a vehicle for like $21975 I believe it is and they going to give me $7000 for my current vehicle so take the $21-7 bring it to $14000 which is the same amount of money Im paying on for the current vehicle and they didnt want to that because they want $1500 more from me towards the another vehicle. Theres people at the dealership drinks on the clock and offer my wife drugs. I wish I never went to this dealership. They could either give me another working no issues with the vehicle or fix all the issues it has with it. They didnt offer me any warranty on the vehicle, they didnt push the warranty or anything
