I bought a 2024 Mazda CX-5 at Ray Skillman. The windshield wipers are so noisy, I cant hear anything else. I took it to the dealership and told them what was going on, a young man in service said they seemed fine to him and if I wanted the wipers replaced, they would cost me $40. I have had this vehicle about one month. I think Skillman should replace the wipers for free. The service guy said they arent considered to be under warranty. So, I guess this dealership cant afford to spend $40 to make a customer happy.Also when I call to speak to the new car manager, ********, he is never available.I regret dealing with *** Skillman.Review from Mark H

I purchased a used car from Ray Skillman Mazda back in May 2023 the car they sold me had no motor oil in it and blew the engine three weeks later. Decided to put another another motor in took almost 4 months for them to do and now my car is back in the shop again due to new problems created by faulty installation on their part.Review from Alexandrea S

My Fiance and I purchased a lease here pay here vehicle from Ray Skillman Northeast Mazda. It was the vehicle we wanted. So we agreed on it and signed the contract. Going far 4-5 months we needed it serviced. It took them a day and half to come tow it for our house, and when we finally got a call about it being up and looked at. The service department told me we had to wait for the lease here pay here manager to approve them to work on it, and the took over a week and half to do. Now about 6 month later my vehicle isn't running right and need to be serviced. So I called lease here pay here and requested to speak the the manager like I was instructed to do when I purchased the vehicle on Nov. 12, 2022 by the lease here pay here manager told me herself to do. Well she was busy with a other customer when I called. So here employee said she would put a sticky note on her desk and a sured me we would receive a phone be for they closed, and of course we didn't receive a phone call before the end of the business day. That was Friday Sept. 1. So we seeked out information about trading our vehicle for a different one from a different Ray Skillman location and they were very helpful. After the other location tried to talk the lease here pay here manager at the Mazda location. I received a very rude voicemail from her to call her back, which I did. For her to rudely imply I was being childish because her employee didn't inform me about the Labor day sales they were having all week nor offer to transfer me the services department to talk to them. The manager also expects me the customer to call her back instead of calling back before she left on Friday. I have tried to talk to the ** of Ray Skillman Northeast Mazda, and once again was told I would receive a phone call from him and still haven't heard from him. Honestly at this point we just want the money I have paid on this vehicle back so we can go somewhere else for a vehicle. That is save for our three children to in.Review from Tonya B.

I have witnessed first hand this company sold my mother a vehicle under false misleading information. We was in the phone with these people who have had her *** since December 26,2022 because they was supposed to be fixing transmission. she called them numerous of times asking where her vehicle was and when will it be done getting fixed while making payments in time every week even without having the **** She called the very last time and they told her she couldn't leave the state with the vehicle and she could only drive ****** miles a year which is saying you can only drive to the store and back home but one of they salesmen they fired Mr. *** told me that I could do whatever I wanted as long as I made my payment. The lady ****** tells my mom she had to ask for permission to go out of town because it was a lease to purchase vehicle and she was going to make up a repo after my mother had the *** for two years and had one more year before it would have been paid off. In the contract it says they would be responsible for the motor and transmission if something was to happen then they tell her she would have to pay that but they just going to sell the car leaving her without a car when they only was supposed to be fixing the transmission and giving it back they refused her last payment and said they wasn't giving her vehicle back. It's so much more they said but something needs to be done about this situation and company the News even needs to here her story because they did alot if things that was wrong and now she has no vehicle. A repo is when you not making payments but she made her payments every week faithfully without giving them any trouble not once. They said they had a right to do these things with no explanation. They started hanging up the phones in her face and being flat out rude because they didn't want to return her vehicle to her or fix it after getting her money for weeks. I purchased a lease with option to buy vehicle on September 16 2021. 2014 Mazda. When I went in to get a car, I explained to the sales person or manager of buy here pay here. That I was looking for a good car because I traveled a lot.*** said ok. That it was no problem. I was not informed that you cant leave state. Because this what ******* stated. We have 3 different addresses from owning 3 different houses. Nobody said we couldnt go from one house to another. Car still registered in *******. I travel a lot. I make all payments. My car was leaking transmission fluid. And Napleyon car repair stated it needed a seal. So skillman agreed to fix it. In contract anything with motor or transmission they supposed fix. They pick the car up December 26th from the house. My other house. . When I tried call about it, they gave me a run around about the car. Told me it was on rack. Then when I called back ****** stated it was a mistake they hadnt received vehicle yet. That first lie. Keep saying you moved out state. No we have to residence and one out state. Car registered in *******. Which she said we couldnt travel to our other residence without their permission . She told me I still gotta make payment. Even though I still didnt have a car. I was paid up. Last week they didnt take payment on the 6th of January because she told me ****** that they just going repo and send to our credit because shes not paying **** for a transmission. It from a seal to transmission. Then she lied on ****************** about them telling her I had no insurance. They stated she lied.. I have insurance. Still have I pay every month. I was deceive because the car was supposed to getting fix. Then when they got it, they wanted repo. Even though I kept my payments current. They breech contract. Lied to me from the beginning.. they said, they didnt want to full with my fianc. How you going repo a car somebody being paying with no problem.. then want put on credit. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called right times to place a some parts order. I was put into a full cm box, hung up on twice during call transfers and finally got a live body to place the order. I waited a week for the part to arrive and was told it was only a two day delivery. I never received a call from the dealer and had to follow up again. I went to pay and the parts guy didn't know how to process a Mazda e-gift. He ended up getting help after forty minutes and would only honor one of my $100.00 egifts and wanted the balance out it pocket I had TWO $100.00 egifts and they wouldn't use the second one for the balance. I left without my parts. I emailed their Sales Manager and asked for a call from their **. Never got a call so the next day I called and asked for the ** The sales manager answered and tried to run interference and blamed it all on the pho e system without ever saying "I'm sorry for your problem, let me get this straightened out". I finished the call and thought about it and called back for the **. He did tell me he was never given my message to call him. He also blamed everything on the phone system and not once did he offer to get me the parts and get me checked out and items paid for. I never asked for a discount for my troubles...just wanted my parts. Neither manager had any empathy or sympathy for my struggle Ten phone calls, two managers and still no parts. I ended up going to their competition to get the parts.
