      When you call to check status of your medication order you are placed on hold for about 1/2 hr. NOT a good system. Plus, very frustrating to keep hearing "an agent will be w/ you shortly" BUT in interim it's like a 1/2 hour later being on hold the entire time. I would HIGHLY recommend: Use the call back option. Where if busy call time, they ask for your call back number & call you back when you are in "que"! Would save consumers time from HOLDING online for so long for any type of service!

      My renewal application was faxed to Lilly Cares on 12/29/2022. I have not received any explanatory information and I am running out of my medication. I try to call to discuss the issue and am on hold for literally hours! All I want is to know if *************** need to discuss other treatment options because even the co-pay for my medication with part D is still beyond our means. I received a form letter with other checked but no further information. This is my physical life I am talking aboutnot just impatience.

      I have been trying for the past two months to renew my prescription of Trulicity with LillyCares Foundation. I have called their 1*800 number and no one picks up......for hours......no one picks up the phone. I have sent thru my digital signature 4 times and my doctor has provided the necessary information. In the meantime, I thought 8 weeks was enough time to renew my one year membership with them, and now I have no more medication. What is going on. This is terrible on a customer service end.

      If I could leave less than one star I would. For 2 YEARS in a row my doctor has been trying to prescribe a medication in which we needed to get financial assistance from Lily *********************** For 2 YEARS the completely disregarded my application basically tossed in in the trash instead of contacting my doctor for missing info. This year I called and left a message demanding a call back the next day, and guess what!? I never got it. It took two more weeks to get a call. And just now, 5 months later, I received a letter in the mail asking for more information. If they are treating other patients this way too, I wouldnt be surprised. I am chronically Ill and absolutely disgusted at how much disregard this company has shown, when it supposed to help.

      This is a very unorganized foundation....I have been trying to get my humatrope order for 3 months now and I am about to run out. We send all the paper work as needed and they lose it over and over again. My Doctor even called them and they still say they don't have everything! This situation has caused me alot of undo stress ??. I'm disabled and there is no reason this should happen. Shame on you lilly cares!
