i have power of attorney for my mother *******************************. she is at ********** healthcare senior living community at ***************** monticello ******* *****. my concern for her has been explained to the executive director ***************************************** and social service director allison ***** on at least three different times within this last year concerning my mothers health! they are iver medicating her to the point that is almost turning her into a veg state and shes not even being changed her bed clothes are stinky the bathing sometimes does not happen and am always finding her over medicated and lack of energy which makes it easy for the staff by not making sure she gets her physical therapy diapers changed at a minamal and in my opinion the staff is not doing their job my mothers health is going quickly for one thing im observing is her over medicating with ten pain pulls a day along with a seizure med which shes never has one a muscle relaxer anxiety med gabapetan three times **** and more . she is incoheirent she sometimes doesnt know who i am she lashes out in a wreckless manner . i have talked to the director and allison about her being over medicated several times and they had both agreed with me that she was and they would look into it but feel like they are actually ignoring the situation. she has missed several therapy sessions , baths, she waits several hours at times for a diaper change . i feel like they are neglecting my mother and other residence maybe under staffed or for whatever reason . i would be so greatful if someone could look into this concern of mine my mother will never have a good quality of her last years if only going to be drugged and ignored and not properly taken care if . i thank you in advance for looking into this matter *************************Business response

The business I'm having issues with is American Senior Communities. I'm receiving at least 12 phone calls daily from a company claiming to be them. I started receiving these calls at least 3 weeks ago. These calls originate from across ******. I'm a job seeker, so I've answered when I can- only to find out it's them again. I've asked 5 different agents to remove me from their call list over as many days. Tonight, I called the company. I was placed on hold for half an hour. When they finally answered, I explained my issue, only for the woman to act like she couldn't hear me and tell me to call back, after we had been speaking. When I called back, the call went straight to voicemail. I have no connection to this company, and no reason for them to try to call me. This has become harassment to the point that I'm about to seek legal representation to redress this.Business response

We have spoken with our ********************* in regards to this issue. It was found after they spoke that it was not our company calling, as we do not have an automated outreach system. Another third-party has been spoofing the phone number of American Senior Communities and various other healthcare entities when reaching out to this individual. We have suggested to block all numbers attempting to make contact. Thank you!
