I received a bill for the FIRST TIME, from Axia (SS OBGYN) after my son's birth. At that time I called Axia and spoke to a representative who I advised that this was the first bill I had received and I would like to setup a payment arrangement. She advised that the amount I agreed to needed supervisor approval (this was on a Saturday) and she would obtain that on Monday and she did not forsee any issued with getting that approval. I did not heat back from Axia nor that representative. I then received a collections notice in the mail from ********** Mgnt LLC for my bill with Axia Women's Health who I called immediately. I spoke to a different representative who advised that she seen the notes where I wanted the payment arrangement setup but did not see anything further and was not sure why it had not been setup. She advised she was sending a message to the representative that I originally spoke with and she would give me a call back. I received a call back from the original representative and she advised that there was an issue with my card number, that I NEVER got a call about. I corrected my card number and was told me payment arrangement would be setup and I advised this needed to be removed from collections immediately as it was not my error. She advised that it could not be and I let her know that was not an option and I expected it to be removed in full before my credit was damaged, she said she would make sure this was removed and would give me a call back if any issues arise. AGAIN I did not receive a call back and now I have received another notice from ********** Mgnt LLC threatening if the bill is not paid in the next fifteen days. I have left a message with Axia to return my call FIRST THING tomorrow morning as they are closed today. I want this removed from credit immediately and my bill written off in full for the stress and pressure that has been put on me as a mother with an infant who was just born and has health issues to be dealt with!!!
