      I purchased two pairs of jeans aprox 11/10/23 and have yet to receive an order. when i contacted the company i was advised that order was delivered. i then advised customer service that i did not get package and was then sent email saying my order was lost that they would send me replacement items. i also have not received this shipment but then i got an email stating that i could get a 70% refund. i replied this was unacceptable , that i wanted items or 100% refund. these item were ordered not aware that this is a fraudulent company. why does this company keep getting away with this?

      I ordered two ************* jeans in October 2023 totaling $29.57. I never received an email confirmation nor tracking information. it is now January **** and I havent received a response nor a refund. From the complaint history on this business it seems nothing will be done since they are no where to be found. its just sad our hard earned money is going to these fraud a** people.

      I purchased 4 pairs of jeans on Jan 14, 2023 (order #****), and none of them fit quite right. According to their policy, returns have to be initiated by email. I have tried reaching them 5 times through email and am not getting any replies. I just want to return these jeans and get a refund. Their policy says I must return them within 14 days of receipt to get a refund, but I cant initiate a return!!

      I order jeans and never received anything and let them know and they said they could do partial refund and never received that. They are scamming people out of money.

      I placed an order with US Jeans foe 2 pairs of jeans in mid October. They provided tracking, which rarely updated, so I would reach out for updates. I kept being told it was in transit. As of December 31, it still hasn't shown up, after they told me they reshipped it. Mind you, I've asked numerous times for a refund, for them to offer to refund one pair, then renege on that and offer 5% discount. Neither of which I have seen. I have never experienced such horrible service, and they just string you along, saying "it's coming". Absolutely ridiculous. And, you can't even access the website anymore.

      Ordered 2 pair of jeans and a jumper and never seen them. My order was placed on Nov 10th, 2023 and I still dont have them as of December 22nd. Lies after lies! They need to be stop!!! Immediately!!!

      On October 23 I purchased 3 pairs of jeans totaling $41.86. I never received so I emailed on November 24 after o got an email saying it was delivered at 6:42 pm of that day. It was only 11 am! They said check with neighbors. I emailed back and they said they would resend my order. I didnt receive it again. Now they only want to pay me 70% back.
