We purchased an interior frame tent from them when we were in *********. We used the tent one time and found it leaked in the rain. We came back to ******* and went to a Powwow as I am Native American, and we found that the fabric was separating; it wasnt torn; it split: it's thinner than a sheet of paper. We wrote a letter, and they just said, were sorry, theres nothing we can do about it, Why an office manager would handle a claim, I have no idea. This is a reasonably expensive tent. I will never deal with this company again. I am a certified Court Mediator. My girlfriend has two master's degrees in mathematics. I have many advanced degrees, and Im a scientist. What I know is this is not a way to do business. You dont say Im sorry youre simply refunding the money. Its not that much for a company that does almost $16.1 million for the business. I am from ******* ************, and it used to be a quality city that had great products, and people stood behind their products; this is quite unethical that they would want to not refund the money on a tent that we paid top dollar for because their reputation is going down the toilet right now. Ive seen other reviews on them. I have never written a letter this scathing to anyone, but at least we couldve gotten a phone call?couldve understood why they could not, and on top of that, the tent warranty said it was under contract. If the fabric is not warranted, what the h*** is. #Neurogur?y we had the same story, and we only used it one time and the second time we set it up there was a problem there wasnt that much UV. I am shocked and we do not know the person that wrote the original review. And that was in 2020 before we knew of this company. And on top of that BJ should stand behind this junk product. I am very dissatisfied and Ive never retina review with this bad because of the terrible response we got from the company which was basically Im sorry but I cant do anything not for $16.1 million in sales
