I hired this company to complete a painting job for my main living area; they painted the area agreed upon, however there are several spots on trim that got paint on them where paint was not supposed to go. The company agreed that this should be corrected, they scheduled a painter to come back on 10/23/22 between ****, however he never showed up and we received no notice. I was able to reschedule someone to come back today (10/23/22) between ****, and he didnt show up until 1:40, at which point there was no longer time to complete the job.Business response

Our leadership team was not aware of this concern. We have an a new project manager assigned to this customer. Our Production Manager is calling the customer now to arrange a time to address the touch *** and offer a discount for the inconvenience.Customer response

We hired Onitpainting to paint our kitchen cabinets Jan 2022. I will say that the team that did the actual painting was very professional and clean. My issue is that I was told after the 2 month dry period I would be able to wipe my cabinets down with a microfiber cloth and water. Upon doing this, I have streaks all over my doors of my island. I reached out to the ** to see what was happening and he said he would reach out to *******************************, but he assumed it was because we chose a dark color for our cabinets, as they usually do white. Had I known picking a dark color would allow us to NOT be able to wipe our cabinets down we would have gone white. I have reached back out to the ** a couple of times to see what ******************************* said and I have gotten no response. I need to know how to fix this ASAP. I have to be able to wipe my cabinets down. I can't wipe anything else down that has more visibility because I dont want everything to be hazy and streaked. I dont know what the answer is, if a top coat of some sort needs applied or if they need to be repainted white so steaks dont appear. Something needs to happen to correct this.Business response

We are very disappointed to hear of this complaint. I will be meeting with the Project Manager who handled this project immediately to discuss the missed communications. We will reach out to the customer to schedule a warranty inspection and establish best next steps to resolve the issue.
