Order a dog bed from Calming pup $129.95 they sent me a tracking number the first time which I was told no such number. Try to contact them with emails only they do not answer no phone calls. Two days later, they answered my email with a different tracking number which was longer than the first one, which was no such number again. Sent them another email and told them Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I want to refund immediately. I was told both tracking numbers were No such numbersInitial Complaint

Order number# ***** Total ***** Immediately emailed the company let them know of my dissatisfaction with the item as it didn't meet my expectations poor quality and color was off. They're response was give me $10 off and I or I can send it back they gave me a return label I have an email thread between us. Send the item back they issue a refund to after pay less $30 which their citing is a restocking fee. Absolutely ridiculous I am a completely dissatisfied customer in my email thread nowhere does it say there is a $30 restocking fee.I just want my $30 refunded to me.Initial Complaint

The transaction took place on 6/1/2022 for $269.91. notified 6/3/22 I ordered 2 xlarge dog beds. The company claims that the beds will relieve anxiety and stress for your pup. they say it will "relax the nervous system and has a great soft area all around for support." It also claims that "their larger size dog beds are all equipped with the newest version of the greater quality". It also claims that "now with 30% EXTRA filling than the competition, this cozy, soft, dreamsleep bed has deep crevices that allow them to explore, ******, and just get super comfy." IF you look at their website, it looks as though these beds are just that. the dogs are on a full cushiony looking area. However, that is not the case. there is less fill than a throw pillow on a couch. if my pups were to use this bed, I feel it would have created more stress and anxiety for my dogs. Once I took the beds out of packaging I quickly realized that the area of the bed where the dog would actually lie, had such miniscule fill. It was not super fluffy and comfy by any means. I took a photograph of the amount of fill in the center of the bed...in comparison to the size of the bed. The return policy is dicey. it says they have a 7 day return policy..."which means you have 7 days from receiving the beds to request a return." So I emailed at least 3 times, and requested a return.... did not hear from them until days later and they said that they can't give a full refund but they would offer me offer a full refund, but offered me a 40% refund and I could keep the beds. The beds are horrible and I do not want to keep them for 40% refund. Again, I asked them to back their product and offer a 100% refund. I also told them I was contacting the better business bureau. This has happened to us before in December by a different dog bed company, and we lost our money that we paid. I don't mind spending good money for products as long as they are what the company claims. they dont answer phones, long wait 4emails
