            Purchase date was 2/1/22 but item was received several weeks later.AAA State of Play sold us, a small church preschool, a piece of playground equipment that was being replaced with a newer version. No mention was made of this being an end-of-model product or that a newer one was available. Just 2 years later a pedal broke off the bicycle part of the equipment. Since we are a very small preschool, this is a lightly used piece of equipment and a metal component snapped. Hmm. I was originally quoted $42 for a replacement part. That included tax and S/H. However, that cost was for the newer model. It turns out the part we need will cost us $495. Several emails and phone calls later, I've gotten conflicting information and promises of return calls that never happened. I think others should be aware of what type business they are dealing with when purchasing from AAA State of Play.

            I put together a fundraiser to build a playground for the children in the women and childrens shelter here in ***********. *********************** and AAA did an amazing job working with me on budgeting and planning. As well as helping me resource the other things I may need along the way. We can't thank them enough and I hope to one day have the privilege to work with them again on future endeavors! Thanks AAA State of Play!
