      Purchase date was 2/1/22 but item was received several weeks later.AAA State of Play sold us, a small church preschool, a piece of playground equipment that was being replaced with a newer version. No mention was made of this being an end-of-model product or that a newer one was available. Just 2 years later a pedal broke off the bicycle part of the equipment. Since we are a very small preschool, this is a lightly used piece of equipment and a metal component snapped. Hmm. I was originally quoted $42 for a replacement part. That included tax and S/H. However, that cost was for the newer model. It turns out the part we need will cost us $495. Several emails and phone calls later, I've gotten conflicting information and promises of return calls that never happened. I think others should be aware of what type business they are dealing with when purchasing from AAA State of Play.

      We contacted the customer to discuss the issue and once we understood the full issue (model change) and even though it was well past warranty coverage, we replaced all 5 arms of their Merry Go Cycle to the updated version at no cost except for shipping and handling.   The customer was happy at the resolution to the issue and the parts we delivered at the end of April.

      We originally purchased, or asked for an inquiry about price on two bouncers, and two mat pads fromAAA state of play back in September. We received our quote which was $3100 and some change. We waited a few weeks to make our choice so we could look at our other options. When we accepted their offer, they told us we would receive a full refund if we were not satisfied. Months later, even after being told it would be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks? It came completely beat up and damaged. It was an old damage because you can tell the oxidation that occurred after damage. It was an old damaged playground set. After contacting them and letting them know, we did not accept the delivery from their delivery people because of the damage they asked for photos. We provided photos and told them we just want a full compensation and refund for the product we purchased that have been damaged and was not as promised when we purchased the bug bouncers. It is now 30 December and we have not heard back from them, any of them. We have sent emails and our phone calls have been ignored. We let them know that we would be doing a chargeback on our credit card, because we have not heard any kind of communication from them after we produced photos in mid November about the product that came delivered severely damaged. I want people to know to be extra careful when you purchase from this company. Also to let you know that they are able to buy an a rating plus from the Better Business Bureau. We know how this works because we are business owners ourselves . Do not believe the 4.7 stars that they have there are many complaints online that does not validate their 4.7 star rating. If you look it up yourself you can see that you can purchase better business rating and they are a business.

      We have reached out to the customer and are settling the problem. We had some confusion on all the items that she had ordered, which were more than just the bouncer mentioned and we caused an unnecessary delay in our response time.  The customer will receive a full refund or new equipment will be shipped by the 19th of January.  We apologized for the delay and the inconvenience it caused our customer.

      Can we add additional info to a response.  After posting our response we decided to 1. Refund her money and 2. Ship new versions of the products in question at no cost to the customer other than a reduced shipping cost. Was hoping to add that to the original response.

      I purchased a Drama Deck with Roof/ Ramp from AAA State of Play on December 31, 2021. Kelly seemed really nice and professional ( so I thought). Install was on April 09, 2021. I paid extra $4,200 for installation. The installers tried to get me to sign off on a piece of junk , the roof was warp , nails coming out of the boards ,not sturdy , OMG a piece of junk , after refusing to sign I immediately took pictures and called Kelly , the supervisor came out, he assured me he would take care of it , it was so bad he placed hazard/ caution signs around the area and promised me they would make everything right , he would do the install himself . I have been waiting since April 09th , 2021. I have been written/ hazards materials / unsafe conditions. I have called, emailed , sent certified letters , wrote the installer. They are giving me the run around, I just want my money, this is not fair to me I get nothing because I was sent a piece of junk, No Response , what kind of business is this

      I have personally called our customer and we are providing a complete refund of her money.  Some of the delay in response was caused by the employee who was handling this customer, was out of the office for a 10 days with covid and did not have the ability to follow up.

      The refund check will go out by the end of the month and per the customer she will be satisfied at that time.
