I ordered college graduation announcements for my son from ********************* in April 5. I received the order on April 25th and noticed the layout of the inside message of the invitation was very poor. There was extra spacing and unnecessary hyphenation. It looked bad and were not something I could send out. I emailed the company on the day I received the invitations to express my concern and seek resolution. I did not receive a reply within 2 days so I emailed again on April 27. With no response, I called the company on April 29 and spoke to *****. She took my concern and said shed escalate it. On May 1 I still hadnt received an update. I emailed for an update and informed them that if I wouldnt receive my product by May 6th I would like a refund because I would not be able to get them mailed out with enough time before my sons graduation. On May 2nd, I received an email that my invitations would be reprinted but it would take 3-5 business days for that and then it would still need to be shipped. I would not receive them by May 6. I emailed again to respond to that message and once again expressed that the timeframe to produce invitations would not be acceptable and I requested a refund. I also offered to send back the original order as they were unusable. I received a reply on May 3 that they would not issue a refund nor accept a return. I feel the quality of the product and the customer service provided by ********************* has been unacceptable. They have made no effort to compromise in any way during this process.I have attached a photo of the original invitation for your reviewBusiness response

This item was not ordered thru ********************* as listed on the letter in ******, *******; . We are a scholastic representative not a college representative.
This complaint needs to be sent to: *********************, College Fine Paper, 4601 W. **************************************************************************************
This is where the ordered would have originated and shipped from.

I still never received a response from my email to the business on May 2nd asking them to escalate my request for a refund to someone for further review.
I had told them that the latest I could receive new announcements was May 6 in order to allow sufficient time for them to be sent to family and friends with enough advance notice to join us for the celebration.
I did not receive them by that date and received no communication from the business of when or if they would arrive. They arrived on May 8th, too late to send. I am now stuck with unusable announcements and a business that doesnt work with customers to resolve concerns.
I have offered and am still willing to return both the original set of poor quality announcements and the revised set. They are of no use to me. At this point, I just want to get my money back .Business response

This issue has been resolved. Communicated with ******************************* via email. The reprints (remake) for these announcements were placed on 02-MAY-2024 and shipped 04-MAY-2024 with tracking number: **********************. A partial refund was also processed back to the customer. Thank youCustomer response
