Herf Jones of Cross lanes, WV sent my daughter the wrong color cap and gown. Via email, ***** at this office admitted fault. We returned the cap and gown for a "promised" refund being sent as of july 8, 2024 so its been two weeks. Its been 2 weeks and no response via email or voice mails left. I cringe when I read these reviews now and will contact my daughters high school in an attempt to get them change vendors. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and my Attorney generals consumer protection office tomorrow. This office received my return and not sending a refund so that is theft!

Our daughters pictures arrived in a thin white envelope, with a cardboard sheet, marked fragile via ***** The retouching Herff Jones Photo did is atrocious. One picture came out way too orange and the other is dull, lifeless. We spent $19.95 for shipping & handling when these pictures were mishandled by **** and shipped carelessly. They arrived bent. Unfortunately, our daughters Senior pictures are not only low-quality but highly over-priced. No one from corporate let or from our local office has bothered to assist us in this matter. Herff Jones has lost our business.

Son is graduating high school today. His cap didnt fit when we received it, they sent me a bigger cap, it was the wrong color! Call back they said they will send out the correct one. Had to call back because I still didnt receive it. Never sent it out. So they send out another small cap and told me thats the best they can do that I would just have to snip the back, which didnt work. The whole seam came off. The excuse was that its the end of the year. Excuse me, but you dont even get your cap and gown until the end of the year! Was also shorted announcements, but they did make that right. But there is no excuse for not having the proper sizes in caps when youre in the business of selling caps and gowns! The end of the year excuse makes your apology weak. Mailing me the same exact cap cancels out a sincere apology. I dont recommend them at all if you want a stress free special day . Or month I should say! No attempt to make it right at all. Just a sorry. You guys are definitely sorry! And Im sorry I paid you guys good money to not own up to your part of a business transaction. Im sorry this business lacks integrity to serve their customers flawlessly. To make their wrongs right .

If there is a zero star I will give them. They ruined my graduation. I ordered sratitude stole Tassel key chain along with my cap and gown. But only received cap and gown. After few weeks of email and calls I received the stole. Then again call and email they sent me key chain tassel for the year 2023. I graduated this year 2024. I sent them the Tassel back along with the cap and gown. They did refund my for my key chain tassel. I only graduate once with my doctoral degree and expected all of my orders.Communication is not clear. Long wait time for calls.I also ordered stage clips which should be emailed in a week of graduation to redeem. I did not receive the email and when I ised find my stage clip there was none searchable. I am now again emailing them to get my stageclip.Totally frustrating and disappointing.

**SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! How does the BBB give them a A+ Rating with so many 1 star reviews. I have lost faith in the BBB!!! I bought a Yearbook for my son and never received it. I thought it was coming from my son's school affiliate which was not the case. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

One star is too much. *********************** should not be running all of the University graduations in ****************. I purchased a Graduation robe YEARS ago, my sister is now graduating so she decided to use my robe that i paid full price for. She accuses my sister of lying, takes a picture of her ID threatens to bill her for a gown that is ALREADY PAID FOR!!! I spoke with her verbally on the phone, she was extremely snarky adamant that the robe was implicating stolen or unreturned. She stated she needed proof of purchase before my sibling could even use it Herff Jones is unorganized and they do not keep up with unreturned rentals so essentially all rentals that arent returned.. they dont follow up on. There is no way to verify proof of purchase when the receipt was emailed to my universitys email address that no longer exists BECAUSE IM A GRADUATE !! Wildly unprofessional and blatantly prejudice, she physically put her hands on my sibling. We are looking forward to filing more complaints, and pressing charges.

Do NOT order anything from Herff Jones!!! We ordered graduation announcements in October, and we still haven't received them, and my daughter graduates in 2 weeks! They are making a ton of money off of their ineptitude as you cannot receive a refund on personalized items, which the majority of their products are personalized!!! I wish I could post this with ZERO stars, because 1 star is way too generous for this company!

I ordered my cap and gown for $120, never got an order confirmation email and it never arrived either
