Stay away from this company, do your research, and look at their poor billing practices and customer service reviews on ********************. I got screwed the moment they gave me a free trial for a year and tried to cancel it before it was up. I was instructed by their customer service to log in on my desktop and cancel, which I did. But I never got a confirmation and only found out recently when I got charged $627.76 for a yearly subscription that I also was not notified about either. I got errors when I tried to cancel and their own representative had to manually cancel it for me, which they told me I had to do myself to begin with. They refuse to correct their mistake and provide me with a refund and are literally stealing my hard-earned money and getting away with it. I am not the only one they have done this too; like I said look it up. In the end I lost the dispute with my bank because they sent a 15-page document "proving" that I never canceled and the charge was legitimate because I agreed to their terms and conditions. There is a major flaw in their billing and all we are good for is our money for them to just scam us right out of it. We live in a day and age where we can easily cancel subscriptions and stop future charges but DealMachine found all the loopholes to s**** us in the end. But if it's in the contract then no big deal, right? Don't get screwed like myself or others, find a better legitimate company not these scammers. And don't believe their "5-star reviews", they incentivize people with $11-22 in marketing credits for a review which is unethical on *******

The cancellation button on the website does not work. I went through the cancellation and was under the impression that the cancellation went through only to be charged $1,052.87. Upon contacting customer service, they refused a refund. ******** service agent stated that I can cancel my service on my own by going through the website which I followed and still didn't work.

We had a subscription to Dealmachine, at the rate of $890 per year. We received only a 10 Day Notice before they increased and auto-renewed at $1,490 per year. They sent other emails prior to the switch about new plans and policy changes, but did not specify that we HAVE to switch AND our rate would be INCREASED to $1,490.Their own policy states "Provider may increase the Fees for the Services by providing written notice to Customer at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the date that the increase will become effective."We did not agree to the new amount and asked for the amount to be refunded. The only option we were given is to charge an additional $900 before they could refund the $1,490, as we can no longer cancel even with this blatant misrepresentation and violation of their own terms of service. We can't afford $2,390 off of our account, so we are stuck with the $1,490 plan. Likely we won't be getting our money back.

Watch out! They have a "Cancel Subscription" button that takes you through a maze of questions that are "required". When you get to the end there is a "Confirm Cancelation" button, but it doesn't do anything. They have designed it to figure out why you want to cancel and then make you think that it is cancelled. 4 months later I realize that I have been getting charged $71.10 a month for something that I thought I cancelled. They still haven't fixed the website because it isn't a bug, it's a feature to keep their money coming in long after their customers are done. I don't know if what they are doing is illegal, but it is definitely predator business practice.I obviously had not logged into the app for 4 months.. So $284.40 I paid unknowingly and without receiving any value in return. Support said they give no refunds under any circumstance. I asked the to refund just 2 of the months ($142.20). They refused.

This company allowed me to sign up for a free trial to their services. I knew that after my trial, I will be charged, but I thought it could be only a monthly fee, not an annual amount. I did not get a confirmation email for signing up for the service. I did not get one email from the company letting me know the end date of the trial and the amount of money I will be charged. I did not get any email from them letting me know they charged me $990 for the annual amount. To be honest since, since I never got any emails, I forgot the name of the website to even log on to cancel it. I then was reviewing my credit card charges and I saw the name of the business. I logged on and cancelled my service and asked for a refund. They refunded me for the 11 months remaining but would not give me my money back for going beyond the 7 day free trial. The fact that they never emailed me once, I wasn't even sure I was signed up for anything. The were extremely predadtory on their sign up for trial with no emails back and forth. Anything I have ever signed up for online, always has a confirmation email. Then also an email letting you know you will be charged. I want my money back as I never even used their services at all.

**** Machine has predatory practices to charge members for more money without their knowledge. On 11/26, I logged onto **** Machines website to get acclimated with the site because it's not simple to navigate or to create lead lists. I clicked around to figure out how to add, delete, and narrow down a list specific to what I was searching for. I completed my goal of learning how to navigate the site to later discover **** Machine charged my debit card an additional $200+ when my membership plan of $79 was already payed for the month. I contacted their chat support and they informed me that my membership was auto upgraded to because I exceeded the ****** lead limit in the membership I was subscribed to. This is predatory in the sense that the site does not warn you if are exceeding your limit nor does it stop you from doing so and I received no notification that I was auto upgraded or charged additional. I have never subscribed to anything that allows me access to a feature that's not included in my membership, but this site allows it to charge your card on file more money. It's sneaky and greedy on **** Machines part and shows they only care about money instead of offering a quality bug free software to their members.

Beware, My wife and I signed up for the free trial during a business conference and followed along with their demo. After seeing the charge of over $1,100 about a week after the conference, we tried to contact them. There is no phone number available. We were able to online chat with them and they told us that their service was non refundable even if we did not use it other than the demo at the conference. We are currently disputing the charge on our credit card. Very unprofessional and difficult to work with. Now I know why they will not give out a phone number.

I forgot to cancel my subscription before the 7 day trial period ended because I was busy working but they don't care because their "user agreement" makes it a valid charge if you fail to do so. I would understand if I was using it daily well past the trial date, but this was an honest mistake... Well, Dealmachine, I contacted you a couple days after the fact (9/8/2023 instead of 9/5/2023) when I had a chance trying to get refunded and was rudely informed I'm ***. Thanks for getting your $990 by any means necessary, I'll be sure to never recommend you guys to anyone.

Deal Machine has deducted my account after I agreed to a trial offer for 7 days. I do not want their service and I would never do business with a company that I cannot talk with. DealMachine's refusal to honor a refund is disappointing. As a dissatisfied customer, I sought a refund for the lack of service and support, but was met with resistance from DealMachine. This refusal to provide a refund demonstrates their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and fairness. What's more concerning is that DealMachine hides behind predatory terms. Their unclear cancellation policies and lack of responsiveness to customer inquiries are red flags that should not be overlooked. As a consumer, I expect transparency and accessibility from businesses, and DealMachine has failed to meet these basic expectations.I strongly urge others to be cautious when considering DealMachine. Their predatory terms and poor customer service are concerning indicators of their business practices. couldn't be refunded. My account shouldn't have been charged nor have I used the program; therefore, I should be *********** a refund. Once I noticed that my card had been charged they have no regard for their customers their customers or any face and

This customer received a full refund on 7/26/23 from our team. This is disheartening to see since the customer submitted this case a day later on 7/27/23. I have provided a screenshot for proof of refund. What are my next steps on removing this complaint? Thank you.
