      I have lived at this property for only 4 months and am confident in this one star rating. I have had multiple issues with maintenance since moving in. The first issue was that our house was not cleaned prior to move in despite talking to multiple people and confirming that the house would be cleaned. We had to threaten and call so many times before anything happened. The house was never cleaned but we were given a small rent credit for one month. The second issue is with a hole in the roof and a raccoon. The property managers knew about this hole PRIOR to us moving in. They documented it in the move-in inspection. A family of raccoons moved into this hole and can access the walls of our home. The initial issue was reported and it took weeks for someone to approve it and set traps. A couple days ago, the raccoons gained entry into our house via the pantry ceiling. They have eaten all our food and are causing a ruckus, not to mention how dangerous it is to have a wild animal in your home. When I called to ask when the hole would be patched, I was told that my issue was not as urgent as other tenants and that it would be a day or two before hearing back. I am so done with waiting to hear back and waiting for approvals. It seems like nothing gets done unless you call multiple times and get angry with someone.

      Terrible -I'm only one resident , but for us - they haven't called back when messages left. They bill $100 annually & I don't see what they do for the money. They charged $50 for picking up curbside vegetation that the city was to pick up. I would be happy to change the review when they show me they deserve it.

      We moved to Red Door Property Management from another property manager as their service wasn't very good. I have been very impressed with Red Door, they sort out our issues straight away and are always helpful and replies to emails quickly! Thank you. Kudos to their professionalism

      The Red Door Property Management team helped me a lot to seek a trustworthy and loyal tenant who can look after the apartment as their own and with the team’s help we found the best tenant so far.

      If I could put 0 stars I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!!!!!! The houses are misrepresented (to put it nicely) The management is horrible. The homes are sub-par = no insulation, water and mold issues,etc. They have creepy maintenance men who will come into your rental without notice or warning or asking while you are in the shower and watch you! Yes this happened to me so I bought inside security props for the doors and removed the garage door opener from the outside (which they refused to give me the code for). The houses are not what they are advertised to be and if you have problems no one will respond. Nothing gets fixed. There is no insulation and the floors are about 50 degrees and all the windows and doors leak air and water and there is a breeze coming from the middle of the kitchen and there is mold - My dr asked several times for them to transfer me to another house without issues only thing they would do is let me out of my lease - they told me they couldn't I would have to apply again and spend all that money I don’t have it now. Fair housing told me to file a fair housing and disability discrimination suit but all the lawyers have been only dealing with evictions so I have been suffering. I am sick and getting sicker. If I get pneumonia there is no antibiotic I can take. And the physical pain from being cold! I am distraught. I wish I never found this house. DO NOT EVER EVEN CONSIDER RED DOOR!!! I am a disabled person with a compromised immune system and MCS/EI and had to move from an apartment that had mold and where I got mold toxicity. I required a guarantor because I am disabled and I have an ESA cat. The house was listed as brand new - never lived in. I have all the photos and the ad saved. They challenged my ESA, wouldn't allow me the reasonable accommodation to inspect the home prior to moving and refuse to transfer me to an acceptable property, If I have the money for a really good lawyer these people would be in jail.

      It’s with regret that I write this email to express deep concern in reference to my unfortunate experience with Red Door. The customer service left much to be desired. Red Door has been my property management company for a few years. Initially, our relationship was first class, but the past year have been beyond detestable. Issues include the following: Rachelle is the absolute worst person to deal with. From the beginning, she’s been unresponsive. Though I’ve emailed her on numerous occasions, I’ve only received a response when I email the property manager and the owner but they always seem to make an excuse for her unresponsiveness. This is very unprofessional and not the type of behavior I would expect from someone who truly cares about their job or clients. When I decided to renew my lease based on my decision to sell my home, Red Door reached out to me three different times over the past months asking if I was going to renew. Each time, I told them I was not going to renew and I would be selling my home. It was Chris K***** who then sent the last email asking about me renewing my lease, my answer remained the same. I also shared with him my disappointment with having to tell him this for a third time within 60 days of the lease expiration, I was firm on not renewing, and wanted the move out date to remain. When my realtor arrived to do a walk through of the property, it was then that I learned Red Door (without my permission) extended a 1 year lease to the tenant. I didn't know if I was more irritated with the entire Red Door team dropping the ball or the fact that the tenants would be inconvenienced finding a new place to live. They were blindsided and had no knowledge of the house being listed on the market. No tenant should have to deal with such a difficult lifestyle change without sufficient notice. I will not recommend Red Door to anyone as there are better premier management companies in the Central Indiana area. I hope this review helps.

      Since months, we were looking for a perfect house to buy and Red Door Property Management left no stone unturned in helping us do all the legal work without any hassle. Everything was done quickly and smoothly. WOW!!
