This the worse leasing company in the world,if you rent with them ,I can belt you my life ,youll regret it .they are nothing but thieves and liars.they are worse than the low life .their houses are trash and workers are a mess.they trying to charge me for improvements I did on their house .bad for any kind of business.

I applied for a $499 studio apartment. Paid them $50 application fee. I am semi retired and I only bring home $800 a month social security. But I have been living in a apartment for seven years paying ******* a month. Never missed a payment . I have a credit score of 780 and I have made all payments on time for the last 120plus months. I have almost $9000 in the bank. And they turn me down. Really. I could have paid them 6 months rent in advance. No problem. I looked at a picture of they sales team and management and noticed no blacks work there and no older people. How much do you need to make to rent a $500 a month apartment?Alpine Property Management, LLC Response

Alpine Property Management does not directly lease any of the homes it manages. ********************** should reach out to the leasing company he was working with to get more detailed answers to his questions.
