      ************************* is will try to get you to pay for damage cause by contractors even when you have proof. She is the worse. ************************* is right there with her. I had to send two different emails just to get a copy of my lease. They do the cheapest repairs and when something breaks will blame you. The whole ****** family should be removed cause ****** and ****** will have them in court sooner than later. Roofers came and was banging so hard on the roof that a fixture fell. I informed them and they are trying to get me to pay for it. The house isnt even sealed well. Had animals in the roof because they wouldnt fix it correctly. I have an attorney looking into it now and the wait for my lease. Run is all I can say. As you can see they have more bad reviews than good. Dont do it

      Dorfman's is racist, very rude, disrespectful, dishonest, and not to be trusted! They've been over the home I'm in a year now and there is ALWAYS some type of mess with them. They broke my driveway camera, destroyed the backyard with the tree cutters they used, there are foundation cracks all over the house, the paint is so CHEAP if you was walls like us it rubs off, the roof was leaking, a SATALITE DISH is laying in the backyard on a live wire 5-6 months, the power lines are hanging off the house now due to the roofers, the fire department has complained about gas pipes inside the garage, we've been unable to take a bath for almost 2 years because the tub has been unprofessionally glazed with us in the home which is a safety issue due to No window ventalion in the bathroom, we've been disrespected over a year by ****** who sends emails that state eye rolling LOL because she's a big time bully! And after reading reviews she about to attempt to keep my deposit which will be an interesting court battle as I have the former property management companies emails of the homeowner refusing to return funds! However, I have an email from ****** that states we can vacate with NO PENALTIES meaning I am to receive my entire deposit back!!! Go figure just DOOOOOO not go Dorfmans you'll regret it and eventually hate your home! ****** will ignore rental history verification from companies trying to trap you to stay with them is how I found out the owner of the home is actually Saok Rentals LLC owned by ******************* so why is there a MANAGEMENT company? when I have emails from ****** that they only collect rent and NOTIFY the owner of issues that half the time are NOT fixed or we're accused of ***** things like turning off a water heater that was broken that led to LFD being here and they complained about gas pipes inside the garage that should NOT be there. ****** has made it clear that Dorfmans will be keeping money from IndyRent from me having Covid and a frontliner

      Dorfman did not break the tenants camera, we are only the agent for owner and he has his own maintenance staff, they accidentally broke the cameral but the tenant was given a rent credit to pay to have the cameral repaired.The tub was reglazed for her per her request, it was repaired as soon as she reported it to Dorfman, the owner immediately had it reglazed.The verification of rent she wants us to complete was completed but shows she owes three months rent because she has not paid rent in three months, she is upset about that. She applied for assistance however the funds have never arrived as to date so the ledger shows her as being delinquent and I cannot fix that until the funds arrive the ledger will show an outstanding balance, I cannot input a payment without funds. We took this home over with this tenant in place, we only collect rent and take calls and forward all maintenance to this owner to do.I am sorry Ms ****** is unhappy but the owner and Ms ****** have not seen eye to eye since we have managed this home. I will be more than happy to complete a 2nd form for a rental verification as soon as the funds have arrived and her balance has a zero balance due.The money from IndyRent she says we are keeping; it is to pay for back rent, it is due to the owner.

      **************** is full of it!!! If you go to the IndyRent portal they're paid!!! The lies she tells because the camera was fixed and I sent her the receipt and deducted it from the rent she gave us NO credit! Furthermore, I had to involve my personal attorney because of ******************** behavior and the attorney is forwarded every email therefore I can prove the bad behavior of Dorfmans! How is she collecting rent and forwarding messages but nothing is done that is between Dorfmans and Mr. ******************** We have retained a home and moving shortly as they see the **** with Dorfmans and the owner as well! so her attempt to stop us from vacating has failed and the reason they have a 2 star review and NOT one positive comment from any tenants they've had! Take her license please!!!

      First and foremost I do not want to bash anyone but when it comes to this company dorfman property Management they have horrible absolute horrible customer service they don't know how to communicate they give you the runaround and they are not honest while I was there the roof caved in it took them 6 weeks to come and fix it maybe longer while I was there the plumbing kept backing up and it took them over 2 months just to send someone out to give an estimate and additional month and a half for someone to fix it, in the middle of a heat wave as well right in the middle of COVID-19 while people was dying, people in the hospital, people losing one another loved ones they did not care and I paid rent over the amount that I was supposed to pay I paid my rent every month for the last 24 months on time and over the amount they was asking I asked about my credit I asked for a printout of my rental history they customer service are so rude and disrespectful it hurts my heart that people are actually getting treated like this all I can say is God do not like ugly I'm hoping these four to five women that works in that office do not ruin the company as a whole all it take is one bad apple to ruin the whole bunch and who they got working for them at this moment I feel like they're thieves they're liars they are untrustworthy and they will just play games with you I'm just hoping in the future that they will change their ways especially at this moment of crisis in the world also what the world is going through just not me just not them the world is going through this crisis no compassion.
