I was a tenant of 2 yrs (renting a house) from them. The siding on the side of the house had came off, and it took ES Property over 6 months to fix it ...meanwhile the wind kept slapping the siding against the house, and it woke me up all through the night. Now they gave us free rent for 1 month due to it, that was nice...Now its time to move out and they took all of my security deposit, and now they want an extra $1,300 on top of that. Now I have 2 kids and they messed up the blinds, but other than that, we cleaned the place good. Es property is saying we caused over $2,400 worth of damages is ABSURD! I asked to see the receipts of these damages and they won't show me....I'm being played here and it's really ridiculous...I'll never, ever deal with them ever again!!! There was your normal wear and tear of 2 yrs but nothing that damaged their property in any way
