    Pattern of Complaint:
    BBB file indicate that this business has a pattern of complaint concerning consumers alleging that it took weeks and even months longer to get their exam fee back from company than what they were told. On August 8, 2014 company responded with "We have experienced some administrative issues around the tracking, approval, and reimbursement of exam fees.  While dealing with these issues we have put in place an escalation process to manually submit exam fee payments as customers contact our customer service center to individually deal with customer issue.  Our relationship with our customers is number one in importance to us.  We have had many requests for checks when the customer(s) hasn't yet completed the required practice exams which had originally slowed or caused some delays in the process." Company states "All of these issues have been identified and should be corrected soon." Better Business Bureau has continued to monitor the pattern of complaints with The College Network and Better Business Bureau has found that the company has failed to cooperate with BBB efforts to address the underlying cause(s) of complaints.

      I begin with the college network in May of 2007. I did not receive materials and I signed up for other exams through excelsior college as they directed me to do so. When I reached out for help on the materials and courses they were very misguiding. They said I needed new materials as they updated the modules. This was only months later after joining. I then stopped paying them the 125 a month until I received the updated materials. Then they sent my account to phoenix credit LLC, phoenix LLC sent it to credit control LLC and then I received notification of garnishments. They garnished my checks until paid off. I paid to the credit individuals almost ***** and I paid out deposits prior to this and when it was all paid off, I contacted them again and they said I can still use the account because its paid in full and I can use it at anytime because I paid into the services. I requested the new material and never receive it, still this was in 2013. So I decided to complete my schooling in healthcare administration and attempt to deal with this company again to finish my RN since I paid into it, to only find out I cannot access any information. I paid almost $8,000for services I never received. I need help in trying to recoup my funds. I was advised I can use anytime I like and year after year they still have not sent me materials. How can I recoup back what I paid out.?

      I was not able to access the materials that TCN said were available only online to be studied when signing up i was told they send printouts in binders for every course. They charged a bunch of money, now I've spent a lot of money and can't even further my education with it

      I signed up for the lvn to rn program.. I never got anything except a couple letters.. after waiting a few months and many phone calls I got through and was told that there was a glitch in their computers. I advised them that I would not keep paying if I didnt receive my books etc.. I was told that if I stopped paying it would be turned over to a collection agency.. after paying around 9k. I stopped paying and started getting calls and letters from American credit exchange. A collection agency. I tried in vain to find them.. I have called dozens of places around the country and no one can help me.. I recently came across this website. I now see that these were criminals and scammed many people.. I am hoping you can help me

      IN 2010 I SIGNED A CONTACT WITH COLLEGE NETWORK AND SOUTHEAST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION TO PURCHASE REGESTERED NURSING MODULES. AS MANY OTHER STUDENTS AROUND THE COUNTRY, I DID NOT RECEIVE MODULES . BUT I DID GET A BILL AND I DID PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OF $11200 TO SOUTHEAST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND AS THE ***** OF ******** AND THE ***** OF OHIO WAS ABLE TO DO FOR ANY AND ALL STUDENTS WHO LIVE WITHIN THEIR *****S

      I was scammed by The College Network.I payed them to do the *** to RN online program.I never finished one class before I found out they were fraudulent and not accredited.I attempted for years to get my money back since I had a loan with there credit union.Southeast financial credit union.I continued to make my payments,so it would not go against my credit.They were sued and supposedly they were supposed to pay all students back.I never received a notification or call from anyone about the lawsuit or the reimbursement.I have been trying for years to get my money back.I just don't know what to do anymore.At the time of my attendance I was married and went by the name of ************************************.

      WAS TOLD LIFETIME ENROLLMENT WITH COMPANY UNTIL MY DEGREE WAS COMLETED. I AM UNABLE TO GAIN ACCESS TO ANY OF THE MATERIAL OR REOURCES THEY PROMISED WOULD BE AVAILABLE AND WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND.

      I signed on with The College Network for their LPN-BSN nursing program back around 2015-2016. The sales rep was pushy and ultimately persuaded me to jump on board and enroll. I was never informed that Id be receiving a personal loan to cover the cost and was also told Id have lifetime access to the materials so that I could work at my own pace. Needless to say life happened and i couldnt complete, but the payments continued to be deducted from my bank account and refunds were denied unless I found someone to take over my loan. Fast forward to current I found myself ready to get back into my program, its paid for, all Id have to do is the classes and tests. Come to find out they filed bankruptcy and now I no longer have access to any of my materials/classes etc, that are paid for. So I ultimately paid them upwards of $8000 for literally nothing.

      They filed bankruptcy but still sold my loan to a collection agency that garnished my wages for 5 years. I was never even able to access the materials to take the courses. I told them I had changed my mind immediately after signing up & the told me they would cancel it but never did. 5 years later they garnished my ********* couldnt even contact them because they were out of business by then
