I had a mammogram last Spring and somehow this billing company has my wrong insurance information and the claim is getting denied. I have tried numerous times to get this resolved and they just keep sending me bills. Because they are a third party billing service my provider can't do anything about it. The amount owed is $112.50. I actually met my out of pocket deductible in 2023 because I had a knee replacement surgery AND my insurance covers 100% of mammograms. I keep talking to their customer representative people and they say they are going to help me, but nothing happens.Initial Complaint

Radiologic Center *** in ***** ** provided service for me in 9/2020. They billed my BCBS insurance at the time and were paid out in 12/2020. In 3/2022, they billed my current insurance (Medica) for the same services and when denied, sent me two bills for the same service they have already been paid for. When I called, I was told I would need to contact whatever insurance I had at the time because they have Medica as my insurance.This goes beyond poor customer service, as someone who didnt keep the records I do, would be paying them for services they have already been compensated for.
