      On multiple occasions over the past 2.5 years have been emailin complaints. Neighbors are threatening to shoot other neighbors. Office only sends out emails does not address the issue. These are government funded apartments. We have gotten letters from doctors to have the apartment handicap proof for my grandmother. Nothing has been done. When you call or email about an issue you will not get an answer to he phone. For years they have been saying they are getting the phones worked on. No maintenance to take care of he property. They have it to where you can pay rent online coming out automatically. The autopay is set to one amount even though rent changes monthly. The system will then not take payment at all and they will not notify you of this. They will add on a late fee and put a notice on your door. The fee they keep even though its their systems fault. People are living check to check and on social security. Do not feel safe at home with rent steady going up. People who work in the office are showing favoritism due to being related to tenants or friends with tenants. Maintenance I had on camera one night just randomly walking around at 3 am. They did not put a carbon monoxide detector until my second year here. That day they entered my home without m knowledge. I know ************* law says you have notify your tenant before entering their home. The wall in my sons room is buckling and bulged out. Fire extinguishers they have you leave outside for them to collect and service. Mine was not taken the last time. My grandmother never even received hers back after the first time they serviced them. Police have been called multiple times due to disturbances during quiet hours 11pm to 7am. A police report has been made due to threats of violence. Nothing has been done. Neglect like trash outside dumpsters also.

      Kittle Property Group owns an apartment complex in **************, **, called Trillium Apartments. When we moved in, we discovered our apartment was infested with roaches and was in such an infestation that it was unsafe and uninhabitable. Management agreed to allow us to move out and compensate us by covering our rent, application fees, security deposit, and moving costsa total of $2,721via check. They initially said the check would arrive within 2-4 weeks. However, after this period passed without any payment, we visited ******** and were informed that the check had been canceled. Now, they are withholding the refund until we sign a document that essentially acts as a non-disclosure agreement. We have a move-out statement and ample written communication proving they promised this refund, yet they are now refusing to release our funds unless we agree to terms we never discussed or consented to.

      North village apartments complex is harassing or Deceptive that misrepresent the nature, characteristics me. I was told by another landlord that North village had told them on October 21st ********************************************************************* the amount of $1729 and continued making up lies to give me a bad history and keep me from getting approved with the harassing or Deceptive they are doing. I was never informed from North village apartments about the allegedly debt they are claiming i owes. when i was informed from another landlord about the debt i had reached to north village about the debt requesting a breakdown of the allegedly debt and still yet haven't received or heard from them about this debt.

      I was reaching to see what i need to do about the complaint i submitted in about North villages complex is giving other landlord a rental verification in claiming that I am allegedly owing them a debt in the amount of $1,729.00 that they are telling other landlord. I was never informed about the debt personal with north village I was aware of the debt by another landlord at another apartment i was applying for. That had made my application be denied due to the allegations that north village claiming i owes them. when i had found out about the debt i immediately contacted north village thru email and phone calls i was hung up on when trying to get hold of them by phone and i never got reply back from them when i had email them asking for a breakdown of the debt. i still haven't been able get hold of north village about this debt and because of the allegations they are giving other landlord for a rental verification is preventing me from moving into another place. i feel like I'm getting treated unfairly by the company and they are basically harassing me with these allegations.

      Since moving into my apartment in August **** had to deal with the tenants above me constantly stomping, running and at times violent arguments. **** spoke to Jasmine four times. During my conversations with her I provided audio per her request showing how loud the noise was. She agreed it was excessively loud but the noise continues. I spoke to the office manager ***** last week. ***** came across as uncaring to the situation. She told me despite the continuous loud noise they would allow them to start until their lease ended. I ask to have myself moved to another apartment since the noise has been keeping me from having peace in home. She refused to even do that. She basically told me I had to put up with this community noise violation until the tenants lease end. That's crazy because I pay over $1700 dollars a month and I have no peace in my home.

      Ive been overcharged by this property the office manager Miss *****, decided to overcharge me upon my move out $3917.72 I have uploaded pictures of the apartment unit. *** contacted the corporate office which is kittle group and no one has contacted me. upon researching this company *** noticed many complaints has been filed on this company and has not been resolved. I have full video(s) of this manager, lying to my face and doing a walk-through of my former apartment unit stating my apartment unit wasnot damaged. I wrote the corporate office and they have not responded. This is unfair and unjust and abuse of power. Im willing to take this further, if this is not addressed I do not owe this money therefore I am not paying it and I want this matter address today with balance cleared.

      I take care of my 75 year old brother, who resides at ********** senior community in ************. My brother has heart failure and his heart operates on an LVAD machine connected directly to his heart. We recently learned that he can no longer live alone, and the social worker for his cardiologist provided documentation of this and the apartment is trying to charge him $500 early term fee. This decision is out of his control and they are telling me that he needs to go to an assisted living or nursing home to avoid the $ 500 fee. How does this make since. Especially when its at the drs request. When he first signed his lease i asked the office manager what happenens if hes no longer able to live alone, she stated that they would require a 30 day notice to terminate and with a doctors letter advising he could no longer live alone his lease would be terminated with no additional cost other than the pro-rated rent based on when he moves out. My brother has endured his share or racial inequality, false accusations file against him here there is no way he should be going through ANY of this. I need the apartment to release the $500 fee so we can move on with as less stress as humanly possible.

      Called to apply to a 3 br 2 bath manager stated only had 2br2bath we still went to look and management stated it will look just like this but upstairs that was fine my son is autistic and likes small spaces so closet in living room could double as usable space she stated she wont have opening till end of April.. its fine but calls a few days later having a apartment stated she needs $705 to move inits fine and rent is $813/month as stated online when we go in to sign lease thinking we have already seen the space we needed to sign and give money before we received the keys we did and after realizing that rent amount was changed to $11 more a month move in fee increases and apartment doesnt have closet we were shown more usable space and manager was told thats the only reason the apartment would do. After seeing apartment we have now signed a year lease to apartment we were lied to about several things called leasing agent whom did the lease paperwork @ 1:25pm on 4/5/24 as of today 4/9/24 @ 3pm I have not received a phone call back to rectify this!. Tried to call corporate and all options say cannot connect you except *************** that just keeps ringing along with customer care phone number does not complete as dial I feel so scammed and the manager knew I was coming from a scammed situation already so move was needed quickly but not at the expense of her lies to get me into the apartment and get my money!and please explain how we somehow ended up also having another persons lease in our stack of paper work with the original shiny ink signature of that resident along with my rent is $824 monthly other lease is $780/monthy for the exact same size apartment! The incompetence and bottom line just ignoring of the situation has me in tears that a company could do this to a family!

      Have now attached more billing to rent was not told to us obviously since there is one from when we first moved in since we are charged online and can only pay what the company posts why was this not added with the first payment! now over 16 pages into the lease it says we are changed $13 for trash but was never discussed along with no where on the front of the lease for rent charges

      Kittle Property Group owns an apartment complex called "Launch Apartments". My girlfriend and I had a lease contract with Launch Apartments from January 2023 to July 31, 2023. The apartment complex is terrible and I will list some of the issues of the complex, however, my main concern is in regards to the security deposit. The ****** reviews for the complex are all bad reviews but are reviews that we have experienced firsthand. Rent is outrageously high (we paid $900 a month for a small, studio apartment), maintenance would never properly fix the problem in the unit and would hardly come in the first place, there was a period of time in which trash was overflowing out of the bins, the laundry system hardly worked and would sometimes take money from you without doing its job (at all), the package room was unsafe and hard to figure out, and management was also terrible as they often lie and make excuses instead of fixing the situation. To learn more about the nature of the complex, I would highly recommend Googling "Launch Social Living, ************** *******" because all of the negative reviews from the past 2-3 years I have experienced firsthand.The business is terrible all around but my biggest gripe is with the security deposits. As previously mentioned, my lease ended on July 31, 2023. According to ******* Code 32-31-3-12, the property has 45 days to return the security deposit ($500 in my case). We have called multiple times in which we were told there were no damages to our unit and we will receive our deposit in 2 weeks. We first called soon after the security deposit was due but they kept delaying the time we would receive the payment. When we first called they said 2 weeks, we called again and again and again, still have not returned the deposit.We (me, my girlfriend, Launch Apartment tenants) are tired of the dishonesty and shady practices from this business. They are holding all our deposits hostage and are seemingly playing a "legal waiting game".

      I moved out of Launch Apartments in ************** ******* in July of this year when my lease ended. I have proof that the apartment was in perfect condition when I left and that all forms were completed correctly (including the correct forwarding address). I understand that ******* law allows for 45 days past the ending of a lease for the refundable security deposit to be returned. After that 45 day period I began calling and emailing to inquire about the status of my deposit. I have phone calls and emails with staff regarding the deposit being in the mail and that I would "just have to wait a few more weeks." However, it has been 143 days since I moved out and I have not received my check.
