      I ordered 15 windows from this company for a home renovation that we are performing. ***** came out to the home and measured the windows and seemed very easy to get along with. This is the second project that I have worked with this company with. The first project went smoothly and I was happy with the work completed which is why I went back to them for the next job. I placed the 50% deposit on 1/23/24 and told to expect a 5-7 week lead time. It is now 6/12/24 and I have no idea if these windows are being made or when, if ever, they would be completed. I have called, texted, facebook'ed repeatedly over the last few months and can hardly ever get any kind of response. I received a response in April saying it was ******* and that ***** had been having health issues. I received a response in May blaming it all on the manufacturer and they would get me an update and never did. I then called the number of the base company on their website to see if i could get my own update. They told me that I had no order in with them and literally just hung up on me with no further discussion. I finally received a response yesterday from ******* again saying ***** was sick again with no actual window update. I had no choice but to order windows from another company at this point. I have asked for my deposit back and have received no response on that and thinking I likely will not get one. I have a meeting with my lawyer on Friday. It looks like I will be sueing for my money back and damages. If they would just give me my money back this week all this could be avoided but I am not holding my breathe and moving forward.

      After meeting with ***** in my home, we discussed window replacement, and he showed me a sample window he was selling. We measured all windows and discussed how the order would take place with 50% down. He sent another person out for final measurements before i paid the down payment. With the weather getting nicer i started th call ****** cell number as well as his home number, leaving messages on both phones with no response.Payment was made 11/28/2023

      We received an estimate for windows on Aug 30th 2023 from All American Windows. We decided to go with them and gave a check for half down ($2500) and was told the windows would take 4-6 weeks. At the end of October we hadnt heard from them so we contacted for an update. We were told the owner had been ill and the factory was behind. The owner told us he would reach out for an update from the factory and let us know. We never heard back from him. We attempted to contact through phone and email several times with no success. On Jan 12th 2024 I messaged the company through ******** messenger and told them I would seek legal action if I didnt hear back from them. I received a message from the owners wife stating the owner had been in the hospital for more health reasons and the factory is at fault for being behind. She offered to just request a refund but made sure to let me know this was not their fault. I responded that I just want my deposit refunded so we could move on and get windows from another company. It has now been two weeks since and I have heard nothing back from them. I just want a refund for my deposit for services and product I did not receive. It has now been 5 months.

      Good afternoon. This is ********************** wife. Unfortunately, ***** had a heart attack and weve been dealing with complications. I work at an OB office so Im trying to balance everything right now. 

      As for this client weve requested a refund for their deposit for where we order windows from. There was an ownership chance and it seems like things are not moving as fast as they used to. 

      I'm working hard along with our account and attorney to keep things moving best I can.

      I had my windows replaced on June 15, 2022. I left a review on their business ******** page stating that I was not given what I paid for. I had no issues with the windows themselves. The issues I did have was with the crew clean up. I was promised that the crew would be responsible for all clean up. I found broken glass all over my house and outside, as well as tools and screws. The owner of the business (*****) then proceeded to comment back to my review, argue with me, call me a liar, and lied himself. He lied about calling me after I had asked why his crew was gone for 2 hours. He then stated they had to replace rotting wood and he didnt charge me for it and played that he was the victim, as I was not informed of any of that. He also stated he called me after I asked why his crew left for 2 hours, which is false. He also had his wife comment on the page and lie for him as well. Part of the contract stated that I would get a window replacement as well. Well, now Im blocked from their business ******** page and have no way to get ahold of them for my window replacement. I would like compensated for the clean up the crew did not do as promised and for my free window replacement, as well as the audacity of this man to say the things he did. This is not how you run a business and Im very displeased with the outcome. We paid a little over $4,500 for 8 windows. Thats a lot of money for someone to be so cruel to his customers.       As a small business a negative review or comment can be detrimental. This is why we take this complaint seriously and can attest to this fraudulent report and accusations that are being made. Heres a timeline and I have attracted a few emails between Ms. ******* and I. I wouldve uploaded more but I guess theres a limit to what we can upload. 


      **************** and her Partner ************* placed their order for 8 Double Hung Windows with 8 Exterior Wraps with a lead time of 6-8 weeks. 

      *The windows arrived and were inspected at our warehouse on 5-17-22

      * I emailed Ms. ******* to let her know that their windows were in and wed like

      to schedule installation. She informed me that her family was sick and couldnt do the installation at that time. 

      * After not hearing from Ms. ******* I emailed her on 6-9-22 to follow up and to schedule installation. She replied back stating that due to the illnesses they had fallen on difficult times. She asked about financing option which I sent her a link to the company that does financing for our clients. Due to her being self employed with an in home daycare financing wasnt available. 

      * Due to the circumstances we as a company understand people fall on hard times so we offered her and ************* the option to pay us weekly with no interest or storage fees whatsoever for 12 weeks. 

      * They then decided they had the funds and didnt want any weekly payments. We scheduled installation on June 14th. 

      * My crew arrived and during the removal of the old windows noticed some wood rot and contacted me in regards on what they should do. I informed them to go purchase the materials need to do the job properly and to not mention it to Ms. ******* because I wasnt going to charge them any more due to their financial hardship. 

      * The same crew came back on June 15th to finish the exterior wrap. 

      *Ms. ******* and ************** paid ****** the crew leader in cash once the job was completed.

       

      Fast forward to August 14th.Two months after we installed their windows. Ms. ****** leaves a negative review on our ******** page stating that the crew left broken glass in and around her house. When removing windows its rare that glass is broken because we remove the whole window and frame as a unit. Secondly, why was something not brought up on June 15th the second day the crew was there? The client paid in full by cash. Its odd to me that we didnt hear one thing from Ms. ******* for two months after the installation.

      I can assure everyone that we always go above and beyond for all of our clients. Unfortunately, it seems this one whom we went way over and above for is looking for and making false accusations for what seems to be a refund. 

      All of us at All American Windows *** are proud of our windows and the work we do. We charge half what other window companies charge and our windows and service out perform those same companies.

      In closing, as I mentioned above a negative review can hurt a small business badly. We absolutely do not deserve this negativity whatsoever. We went way above and beyond to help this client.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

      He did not give any resolution in his response. He just claims he went above and beyond and is not taking any responsibility onto what his crews left around my home. Again, hes claiming he did nothing wrong, like hes some sort of victim here. He did not address why I was blocked on his business page, why he lied, why he had his wife comment and lie, and he is once again trying to say his crew is perfect, when they are in fact, not. They most definitely broke windows around my home. I left my review after my boyfriend CONTINUOUSLY found screws, glass, and tools around our home. His crew did not clean up the windows properly, which was something that was included in what we paid. He also never addressed how Im supposed to get my window replacement if I cannot contact him. I find his response to be nothing, but trying to find someone to pity him. I also had a small daycare business in my home at the time and it would have been a huge lawsuit if a child happened to get cut or stepped on a nail in the grass. I request he responds with a resolution to my issues he has caused by not owning up to his crew and continuing to try to say my accusations are false.

      They did not resolve the issue at all. Just continued to claim they are a small business and did not do anything wrong, which is incorrect and I expected them to answer to all of my complaint and all they did was continue to claim the same things over and over again. Not happy at all with this company.
