      I believe this is a scam they called me on a Sunday it want even a business day ask me for me and my mothers ss# and birthday I was told I was going to get a call back the next day and I havent heard anything back from them drop down in my heart I feel like I just put me and my mother personally information to someone which this what I hate because the elderly need help and people take advantage of people the company sounds so legit but scam people out of their information and insurance

      Cheated me out of pay. Lied about amount deposited, deleted chat regarding the matter, refused to give me receipts for deduction and pay stubs. Probably ******** fraud happening and using caregivers to do so

      Dealing with this organization was so chaotic and frustrating I began to think it is a scam taking advantage of insurance companies and ********* My insurance company says they are legit--I am still not sure.I was refused services and they told my insurance company it was because of "pathways" not adequate for their workers. That is nonsense. I rent a refinished basement with normal halls and 3 different exits. Truth is I irritated the woman in charge and she retaliated. I am not always tactful, questioned the security of the software they wanted to put on my computers and still think it was a legitimate concern.I am going to complain to the State.
