On 8/14/2021 All Seasons Restoration replaced the roof on my house. I contracted with All Seasons Restoration to do this work 7/7/2021 and at that time told Zachary Armentrout, who I believe is the owner that there were specific areas of decking that I wanted to have replaced due to the fact that the decking was warped and buckling. I identified those areas to him as being the roof peak and the southwest corner of the house. He told me that it would all be taken care of. After the roof was replaced, only the decking along the peak of the roof, and an area around a vent was replaced. All the damaged decking on the southeast corner of the house was shingled over with new shingles. Zachary Armentrout simply ignored my instructions to replace the damaged decking. I complained that the flashing that had been installed around the chimney was horribly done and there were gaps that were full of RTV . The drip edge had been pieced together with scraps that were leftover.Business response

We apologized to Mr Meece about the issues he was having and gave him a full refund as to show our apology. Mr Meece and the Owner sat down and had a talk to discuss everything. We offered to fix the situation free of charge but found the best route to go would be a refund. Apologies were exchanged and both parties shook hands and walked away in good spirits.
