******* Linzy (B.Linzy) was hired to spray a roof on a business I own. the roof initially had some leaks after he was done. B.Linzy ******* back and said he fixed the leak but he did not. Now He wont respond to phone calls or texts and he will not honor his warranty and guarantees he made.Initial Complaint

They sprayed the flat roof of our patio. Called them back for some warranty issues. They came and the leaks got smaller each time. The fourth time the leak was backed up to the kitchen ceiling over the sink area. the leaking was making a bubble and leaking through I texted them a picture of it. Took them a while to get back to me and told me they will not do anything further than they all they could do. That was not their problem their work was not the cause.I then told him that we did not have that problem until they work on it the last time he was there. So now we are afraid if it continues it will eventually cave in and more damage to be done. Since then the patio has developed another leak toward the middle. Thilates leak was about 3 weeks ago. On December 17, 2021, I purchased a home at **********************************************************. A few weeks after the closing, while speaking with my realtor, I was informed that the roof on an addition had been installed by B Linzy in May of 2020, and that it had a warranty that he realtor thought was transferable to the new owner. I telephoned B Linzy in February 2022, to see if the warranty was indeed transferable and was told that this was the case.On February 22, 2022, after a heavy snow we had experienced a few day earlier began to melt, I discovered that the roof was leaking and dripping water into the Master Bath area.I called B Linzy again (February 22, 2022) to notify him of this issue and was told he was in *******, that he would be returning to ******* in early March, and that he would put my repair at the top of his list. The month of March came and went and I had not heard from B Linzy. On April 6, 2022, I called again and got the answering machine, left a message, and still did not hear from him. I phoned again on April 13, 2022, and the phone sounded like it had been picked up but went dead as soon as I began to speak. I immediately called back, got the answering machine and left a message. Still I did not hear back from B Linzy. I called several more times in the ensuing weeks, left messages, but have never heard back from B Linzy.Finally, on June 1, 2022, I sent a text message to B Linzy telling him that if I did not hear back from him by June 3, 2022, I would be filing a complaint wit the BBB. As of today June 6, 2022, I have still not received any communication from B Linzy. Thank you for any assistance you can provide regarding this matter.
