Be very careful of this company. They were driving by in our neighborhood and stopped, two guys late in the afternoon saying they had sold to some others in the neighborhood and gave names, whom I did not know. I let them inspect my roof but told them I did not believe we had a storm on May 7th and if we did, certainly no hail. That was they date they suggested. They presented pictures of my roof, supposedly, not sure they were mine and called my insurance company on their phone and they provided the information verified by me based on their words. I should have known better. Two days later I sent an email and letter to the company cancelling the contract which I had signed. By now there were three guys on my front porch, and I live alone. I advised them I was using the 3-day cancellation policy provided by both the Federal and ***************** *** advised me I had a signed contract, when, when I requested both and pictures of my roof, was never provided to me. Just be very aware of Trojan Roofing driving around your neighborhood!!

Fantastic job! ************** probably more patient with me than he should have been. In the world of construction you dont know who to trust. Especially those that dont have a word of mouth experience. Had 4 companies come out and ***** was the ONLY one that was not pushy for a sell. The works were on it and polite. Next house and I need a roof, you guessed it. I am using Trojan Roofing. P.S. I live in Greenfield, and it felt like I was down the road from them with how communicative they were. Answered every email and text. Explained every step of the way. Their clean-up was as good as anyone can get within a reasonable time.

Trojan Roofing did a wonderful job for me on my roofing project. I was referred to them by my brother in law who used them for an insurance claim on their roof. I worked with *****, who explained the whole process from the first time we spoke on the phone till the final walk around the house to make sure we were happy with all the work done. I empathized the importance of being clean, and picking up the nails in the yard because of our two ******* have. So ***** took the time to pick up any loose nails around the house after the instillation, which made me really appreciate the care Trojan Roofing buts behind their work.I have nothing but positive comments for Trojan Roofing, and *****. I will happily refer my friends and family to use them.

In a word, BOGUS. The worst part of this experience was the fact that I fell for this con to begin with, and that I persisted in being suckered. No, this is not a regular roofing company, it's a "virtual" roofing company: A guy with a sketchy web site (bought from a website template firm; no, he doesn't have a branch in Long Island...), a cell phone, and a truck with an expensive paint job. First, I thought "333 ******* St Suite 350": Downtown, that's nice, must be in a warehouse type building or something. Called dude on a Friday, said he'd pop over. While showing him the project I praised him for the downtown address of his roofing company, and he didn't try to correct me. A smooth character. Gave me a price, looked me in the eye, shook my hand on it. Twice! (Nothing in writing was presented or even mentioned.) Job was weather-dependent of course. He wanted to come over on Sunday, maybe, which I thought a bit odd. Or maybe Monday. Sunday came, no show, no call. No big deal to me. By noon Monday I was wondering, so I called him. Gave me some excuse, I said fine, when can you do it. Dude talked about 4pm. I said, gonna be getting dark, it's Winter y'know. We settled on Wednesday at 9AM. ***** was a no-show, no-call again. I left him a message expressing my unhappiness, haven't heard a peep from him since. Because he piqued my curiosity, I investigated. The downtown address (duh!) is the old ***** building where ********* grocery is now. Suite 350 is Regus Fully Furnished Offices, which also offers "virtual" offices. Basically the address. ****** that and you'll see ****************** using it. The other address he uses, on **********, is his home. Last time I used a roofer, it was an old guy with a bunch of subs. That's gone "tech" now. indytrojanroofing dot com is just fluff using techie Millennial stock photos. ****** "***********************" who's on a bazillion sites worldwide. "years in business", "in business a number of years" - since 11/05/2020 to be specific.
