I had a security system installed two years ago recently had some problems with cameras going off-line call ***** for assistance, took him two weeks to get back to me. Told me he would have installers call me and work through the problems, never had them call I called back again took approximately two weeks for him to call me back again. I was gonna get right back to me to get the problems corrected never have heard back from him. My initial called him was at the end march and to this point, I still have cameras that dont work and a company owner not doing anything he said he would do.Initial Complaint

Max ********************** is now called Max ********************** and Security. They are located ********************************************************************************. My husband and I contracted Max ********************** and Security to install security cameras at our home in September 2021. Their work was good so we hired them to install more cameras a couple of months later. At that time it was decided that one final camera is needed to secure our home to our satisfaction. The Owner, *********************** offered to install the final camera at my home for $370.00. Ever since that offer was made, my husband and I have not heard anything back from Max ********************** and Security. We tried contacting ***************** phone on 3/3/22 and via email on 3/25/22. We received no response. We called the IT Tech, ******************************* on 4/5/22 and spoke to ****** who stated she would call ***** for us and we have not heard anything back ever since. We tried calling ****** and ***** again 4/27/22 and I expressed on their voice mail that I was getting the feeling that I am being ignored. I still have not received any phone calls back from ****** or *****. We have never experienced total abandonment by a company. Our relationship with Max ********************** Security was a positive one. We paid for the services and agreed that the job was good. We've even had the person who referred us to Max ********************** Security, give them a phone call and Max ********************** has not returned his phone calls either. If we encountered difficulty with their systems, we have no way of contacting Max ********************** Security or hearing back from them because it appears that they are choosing to ignore our phone calls. We recently heard that they did work for another customer; hence, we have not reason to believe they have gone out of business.
