Terrible customer service! Took 55 minutes to even get to me when I was only second in line. The woman at the counter was rude and very unprofessional to the point it was almost comical. Do yourself a favor and avoid this clown show. She said she was busy, I guess if you consider taking care of 2 people and n 75 minutes busy. Would give them a minus 5 if that was possible.

******** customer service is one beyond unprofessional. Accusing returning customers of stealing a rim and tire before checking and talking it over with the kind gentlemen who maintenance's the equipment was wrong. To have waisted 3 hours of their working time to go out of their way to get you the exact tire and rim YOU wanted even after they tried to explain to you that they did NOT steal your rim/tire and that the rim/tire that was on there was that of a better quality then what you wanted them to replace it with. Yet, you would not listen at all. THEN you sent a text to say you talked to the kind gentlemen and oops your sorry... seriously! How about you were WRONG!! Or maybe refunding the rental completely for YOUR WRONG assumptions of them being thief's and causing them 3 hours of work that they are now not getting paid for. I am so disappointed in ****** at Indy Rental & Sales. You have now lost 2 loyal customers because of this behavior and we will NOT be passing your name along to send more potential customers your way. DO BETTER! BE BETTER!** ****** continuing to attack and call because a review was left of the treatment we experienced. I would NOT recommend this business to absolutely anyone! She could have very easily fixed her mistakes but she continues to act like accusing customers of being thief's and taking 3 hours of their pay is ok. It is NOT ok. It all goes back to "treat people they way YOU would like to be treated" it's as simple as that. Just be kind. We all make mistakes own up to it and make it right we are very forgiving people. Ultimately were all in this together.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE. WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN. We rented a dump trailer from them. Asked to pick it up at 5 on Thursday which is 30 minutes before their website says they close. We were told that they close at 5 on Thursdays so she can go and exercise so we would have to pick it up by 4:30. We call the day before to make sure we could still get it and were told that she had to go make deliverys that night but would be back at 4:30. We arrive at 4:30 to pick up the trailer and had to wait 30 minutes for her to arrive. Once there we were informed that the battery on the trailer had not been on the charger so we would have to charge it before using the trailer. We charged the batter all night long. We put the trailer up and down one and down once and when we put it up for the second time the battery died with the trailer fully up. We called and were told to replace the battery ourselves and we would be refunded the amount of the battery or bring the trailer in and they would. We ended up only being able to use the trailer for 4 hours because of this. When we returned the trailer we asked for a partial refund because we were only able to use it for half the time and the owner ****** yelled and screamed at me and my wife about how it wasnt her fault and break downs happen with equipment. She then told my wife to leave because she wasnt doing business with her. She then made us step to the side so she could help other customers first. Once she finally got back to helping us she agreed to charge us the 4 hour rate and refund us in cash. As we were leaving she started yelling and screaming and scolding my wife again about how it wasnt her fault and break downs happen. I will never rent from here again and would not recommend anyone else renting from them either
