I went with Kiboko Safaris to ******** to celebrate the end of 2023 and kickstart the New Year on safari.It was one of the most exceptional, life-changing experiences of my life. Definitely a trip full of memory-making moments. I had high hopes and it was beyond my expectations, from seeing countless species of animals to having cultural experiences with a variety of local tribes that shifted my perspective and made me appreciate human connection across continents, beyond language and with such different backgrounds. The itinerary was diverse and ensured I had the opportunity to see iconic locations as well as a more local feel from the Serengeti and ********** (which I can now pronounce) to ****** and *********. **** and ****** were knowledgable, and I felt at ease with the flow of travel, plans and feeling both welcomed and safe. Everything was mapped out and taken care of from the time I landed so I could enjoy the little moments. Lulled to sleep under Serengeti stars. Highlight.Lunch watching a cheetah chase its own snack. Highlight. Hunting with bushmen of the Hazabe tribe. Highlight. Elephants inches away from our vehicle. Big highlight.I could give countless reasons this will forever rank on my list of favorite, most impactful holidays. Asante sana to Kiboko Safaris!

Kiboko Safaris was amazingly easy to communicate with and provided an immediate response. Informative, flexible, and helpful. The planning process was made easy with ****'s knowledge, experience, and willingness to create a package to suit our budget. **** took the thinking out of the planning process, which is always nice, especially with our busy lives. ******, our tour guide and driver, was kind, thoughtful, informative, and a great spotter of wild animals. ****** made our safari experience adventure fun and exciting. ****** is such a nice guy, we enjoyed our chats and having dinner with him each night to discuss our plans for the next day. Our accommodation was lovely and clean and the hotel's service teams were excellent.Kiboko Safaris, provided a personalized service, taking the time to check with us during our trip to see if there was anything we needed, or if there was anything they could do to improve our experience. This being a lifelong dream trip for me, my daughter and I had an excellent experience with Kiboko Safaris! Our 12 day trip was expertly planned and executed. They took care of all ground transportation, hotels, food, excursions and more. We had our own personal safari jeep complete with driver/tour guide. We hiked up the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro several hours to a waterfall, had lunch, met at a coffee collective to roast beans and brew our own coffee, had three wonderfully full days of safari in three different national parks/reserves, went shopping, visited a masi village, ate red bananas and locally grown cashews, etc. We also spent several days on Zanzibar, which I highly recommend, as well. Pricing was extremely reasonable. The trip was planned exactly as we requested, with many great surprises along with way! To our amazement, we were able to see all the big five safari animals along with dozens of others. We took hundreds of photos which will help keep our memories of this fantastic trip alive forever! If I ever have the chance to go back, it will be with Kiboko Safaris!
