      I bought a medical insurance policy from *** Global covering travel worldwide outside of my country of residence for the period 30 Mar 2023 to 1 Mar 2024.I submitted a claim on the *** Global website on 9/18/2023, for expenses incurred on a visit to the *********** facility in a hospital in *********** - Date of Service: 09/04/2023 And Total Billed Amount: US$320.76 I received an email from *** confirming receipt and routing to the claims department for processing. It is now 10 months from when I submitted my claim. I have submitted the additional information they requested both via uploading to their system as well as via email. I have followed up and written many emails during this period of 10 months. Yet the claim remained unprocessed. They have also not replied to my recent emails.

      USELESS customer service for my claim. I started my claim in December 2023 via the claim portal which failed after I spent hours converting documents to PDF and uploading them. I had been told it was the only way to file. Then they gave me an outdated mailing address for the claim which resulted in further delays. Did they not know their entire company had moved?!? I supplied dozens of documents and, over a period of SEVERAL MONTHS, I called and emailed multiple times trying to be sure they had everything they needed to complete my claim. I finally had to get a 3rd party involved to try to resolve the claim. 6 MONTHS after filing they finally supplied a list of documents I had to get from hotels, airlines, etc. I called, emailed, etc each vendor trying to get what IMG wanted, but by this time, no one could be bothered to provide documentation from over 6 months ago. The final settlement was hundreds of dollars below what I am due but the worst part was the dozens of hours of wasted time and effort trying to get IMG to answer questions. Avoid at all costs.
