On April 17,2021 I purchased a 2010 Buick Enclave CXL for $11,570.50. August 7th,2021 the car began driving “strange” and I noticed the engine light had come on. After deciding to have it looked at the car would no longer stay started. On August 10th,2021 I had it once again towed to Firestone to have a diagnostic test preformed, SEE exhibit #5 Work Order 222064, and Invoice 222064. August 11th,2021 I had it towed to Andy Mohr Buick GMC, to have a further inspection and diagnosis preformed. Since then, I have been informed that the timing chain is in fact a major issue. Based on the inspector’s conclusion there was too much damage and the entre engine would need to be replaced, in addition to a water pump, engine mounts, and an axle. I have continued to make each payment despite this bitter circumstance. I have made 4 on time consecutive payments of $334.00 and have a left-over balance of $10,246.11.
