Never had an issue until my husband bought a truck by them. Have the truck a full year and barely able to drive it because of problem after problem with it. Latest issue was the brakes. Charged 740 to fix brakes and didnt even fix them. Our custom liscence plate was stolen in their care as well. Took out for a drive and the whole truck was shaking . They only reset the check engine light but didnt fix anything that triggered the light.

They are suing me for $12k after I returned the vehicle BEFORE the first car note was due. This all while I still owed on another vehicle there that was totaled out before getting into the second vehicle. Then they promptly sold the vehicle at auction and told me I still owe the balance. I asked for cheapest car on the lot because I couldnt afford paying 2 car notes with my poverty level income and over 70% income to debt ratio. Thoughts of my prior *************************** history pushed me to sign the second car note that I couldnt believe they approve as Im currently checking on lender policies on that. For 3 weeks I drove to work and planned to return the vehicle before the first $700 payment was due as it was impossible for me to pay that amount for 3 years. I was prepared to pay a wear and tear fee once I returned it and when I did I met with a were going to *** you for garnishment income after giving them the keys. So, along with the $4400 collection notice I still owe from my first vehicle I just received a $12,000 lawsuit notice from a dealership that incredibly pushed me into signing a $28,000 bill of sale for a vehicle worth $8000 even after I pleaded for a cheaper vehicle. This experience doesnt sit right with my soul.

Worst car buying experience in history. They sell TOTAL LOSS VEHICLES AT REGULAR NEW VEHICLE PURCHASE PRICE. I PAID 1k a month for 3years $33k total. To find out at the car they sold me was A TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE. They have zero honesty values withhold the information after being requested and say this is not the dealer for that when asked for carfax info. Dissatisfied for the discrimination against ************** I will be taking legal action!
