      I've had this car a week and when I drove it the temp light came on I had to put it in the shop the cost is **** and I call **** to tell him about the issue and for him to say there's nothing he can do about it I didn't cause it so and for me to find out that in order for me to get my tags it's going to cost me 600 dollars when I gave them over **** down for this car I feel that I have been Scamed cause I wasn't there I done everything on line

      On 11/27/2023, I bought a 2015 ******* Elantra that has water damage to underside of the vehicle. I had the vehicle inspected and my mechanic reported the water damage is extensive as if the vehicle had been sitting in water, as evident by the rust was above an electrical component under the vehicle. I reported this to TruWorth and they only indicated no water damage was reported to the vehicle. They did not offer any help or assistance in ensuring the vehicle is safe going forward. I suspect this was not the only vehicle with water damage. Prior to purchasing this vehicle, I checked several other vehicles that had visible rust damage underneath so did not purchase these vehicles. I understand this was a as is purchase, but believe vehicles with water damage must be reported prior to sale.

      I contacted TruWorth about purchasing a 2011 **** Ranger. When the salesman, Mark ******* showed me the truck over video call he specifically showed me minimal rust and assured me the car drove well. I continued with the purchase and purchased a flight to pick up the truck and drive it back to ****. During my test drive I asked about a shaking and **** assured me it was not a concern and they had already had it looked at. I paid a total of $15,098.40 for the truck. After less than 2 hours of driving it, the shaking worsened and I got it looked at by a mechanic. The mechanic found that the rear axle needs to be replaced. He also found that the entire undercarriage is heavily rusted, which is directly different than what **** had told and showed me when I asked about rust. The rust has prevented work from being done because fixing one thing will cause many other parts to fall apart. I alerted them immediately and they refused to help. I am currently awaiting a solution from the dealership,

      I am writing to provide an update on the BBB Complaint #********, which was filed against our company, TruWorth Auto. We are pleased to report that this matter has been successfully resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant.

      The nature of the complaint was that she wanted a refund for the 2011 **** Ranger that was purchased . Upon receiving the complaint, we immediately conducted a thorough review of the situation. Our team worked diligently to address the concerns raised by the complainant. On, 09/25/2023, the 2011 **** Ranger was purchased.  On, 09/26/2023, we took the **** Ranger back and the customer purchased a Jeep Compass.

      We take customer satisfaction seriously, and we are committed to providing a positive experience for all our customers. We would like to extend our gratitude to the BBB for their assistance and oversight throughout the resolution process.
