I purchased a living room, dining set, beds and mattresses, end tables, coffee table, and tv stand for my daughter on Saturday, 10/23/21. Prior to purchasing I was told they delivered in ******** and would assemble the furniture, all she needed to do was call them with the address. She called them on Tuesday to schedule the delivery and they told her they would call her back. After a couple attempts they told her they didnt normally deliver to ********. So after no luck of getting scheduled I called and spoke to **** the store manager. He said they were going to call her to schedule it. The furniture is paid for and it was in stock at their warehouse so this was negligence. So I told him it needed scheduled now or Id have to be refunded. He was rude and said hed be waiting to give me a refund. I said ok. A few minutes later they called my daughter with a delivery date for Wednesday, 11/03/21. He also told my daughter to tell me to come see him because he wanted to put a face to the person talking stuff over the phone. The delivery was kept but she didnt receive her end tables and dining set. She was told by the delivery driver it wasnt in stock. Thursday I went to the store and they said it was but it wasnt assembled so they would deliver Friday, 11/05/21 and **** would personally deliver it. They never showed up on Friday so I went in on Saturday. They said Tuesday. After 3:30pm my daughter called me. I told her to call them. When she called they said theyd call her back. So I called to speak to **** and ask him wheres the furniture and it got ugly because I shouldnt have to be speaking to anyone about fulfilling their obligations to give me what I paid for. They have their money but dont have what I purchased. I asked him to give me corporates number and he told me that when I come in to get my refund he would give me their number. So I called another store and was told they actually didnt have a corporate number, that issues were settled among the store managers. So he called and inquired about the items and it turns out **** has the items but is refusing to deliver because I cussed at him. We wouldnt be in this predicament if they had fulfilled their obligations in a professional manner.
