So my bathroom was just remodeled and they used Delta Parts, of course I did not know exactly how many issues this would cause me, but here we are now.My shower single handle control is now reversed,for the last 30 years I have had a shower control that is off closed to the left and it would turn on from cold to hot moving clockwise to the right.But now it is reversed, so right is off and hot is not even left it is just past the middle and it turns counter clockwise. As a disabled person this upsets me greatly, it is not better, it is just confusing and makes it more difficult to operate so it is NOT disabled friendly to me.They also put in a Delta, 3 panel surround, now of course you guys made it so it could be used 2 ways, if the side alcoves are up side down, they work as towel holders and if they are up side up then they can be used to put soap products like shampoo in it.Because you guys wanted to make it reversible and subject to interpretation,so the contractor installed it up side down even though I am not a young mother and do not need wet hand cloths to wipe down young children, I NEEDED it up side up so I could actually use them for shampoo.But no the contractor says everything is installed the way Delta intended it to be used.So my issue is then with you guys for making disabled unfriendly bathroom products then expect a disabled person to use your backasswards set up.So to say I am angry would be a understatement.and because of what the contractor is saying I WOULD have to take both of you to court and then you guys would have to argue it out between your self's.Since at this point either way I am the victim.What I would like is the bathroom surround installed properly for me to be able to use and fix the water control for the shower so it works like it should and not like I am in the **, Great Brittan or *********. And I am not interested in debating ' proper installation ' As the END USER of the product I am telling YOU it is WRONG for ME
