I made a purchase of $500 on june 1 for a product at her hair company. I have not received the tracking number or product it is now June 19. I have reached out to the company multiple times through email calling and ****** appointments. These attempts were all unsuccessful. When i call the 888 number the phone rings busy i have called this number 12 times over several days. I have emailed them company through their website and my own email no response. When i call the 317 salon number it says "this person is not receiving voice mails at this time goodbye." I called 13 times over several days. It is a generic voicemail and does not specify it is a company. There online business profiles have numerous reviews were customers are claiming they are taking money and not receiving there products, i did not know this. They are actively running online business accounts but people are claiming they are not a active business. They are scaming me and multiple people out of money. I want a refund and they need to close all buisness profiles.

Good morning,On May 5th I placed and paid for an online order totaling $217.50 with the Her Hair Company,I received an email confirmation for the order #******* with 3-5 business day shipping. As of today, May 18th, I have not received the product nor has Her Hair Company reached out to me regarding shipping the order.I have sent emails via the website's email(no response from the company)and tried calling the business number. When I call, I get a message that says the number is not taking calls or I get a busy signal. How can a business operate with no way for customers to reach them.In addition, I reached out to Her Hair via PayPal days ago and still no response.I am simply requesting a return of the $217.50 that I paid for products which have not been received. It is unacceptable that a business take people's hard- earned money, not communicate and not send the items.Any assistance with resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
